Was laying down to eat and stumbling on changing surfaces. and a bit of splaying. I measured with a string around the hocks and the Large size seems to fit perfectly. I put them on her and she loved them immediately and her gait and walking has improved dramatically. She wanst them on all the time and doesn't care when we put them on her. We have only had them a few days, so I limit her to a few hours at a time. Mostly when we go for walks. They have added a lot of stability and she doesn't stumble as much. She has been on Librella for about 14 months too. The braces have been a blessing. We also brought the Super Size braces with 4 Velcro straps, and for some reason the measurements said size Medium. We have not tried them yet as we are cautious not to provide too much support until needed. I think they will really help, but the smaller sets has made such a dramatic improvement already.Strongly recommend. Better than we could have hoped for. ### ⭐ TOO SMALL FOR BIG DOGS *by on Reviewed in the United States 24 July 2026* DON'T USE FOR A BULLY ### ⭐⭐⭐ Really helps the leg but almost impossible to apply *by on Reviewed in the United States 2 March 2025* These hock wraps are extremely difficult to put on. I have a Lab so lots of leg to cover. Hard to keep in place while wrapping the velcro. Velcro straps are too long and while wrapping around the leg the whole wrap slips down and you have to start over. A better design would be to have the hock opening on the solid part so you could place it over the bone then fasten. The wrap works wonders once in place. 5 stars on that. But unless you are familiar with velcro wraps this will be difficult if not impossible to apply. ## Frequently Bought Together - Bawektrl Dog Leg Brace for Back Leg, Canine Hock Brace for Rear Legs with Dual Metal Strips, Joint Warps Strong Support Help for Hind Leg Injuries Sprains Arthritis Torn ACL(1Pair) - Adjustable Dog Lift Harness Dog Sling for Large Dogs Hind Leg Support Soft Lift Support and Rehab Harness for Weak Rear Legs, Helps Senior, Injured, Disabled and After ACL Surgery Dogs Large - LOOBANI Portable Dog Sling for Back Legs, Hip Support Harness to Help Lift Rear for Canine Aid Old K9 Cruciate Ligament Rehabilitation --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/473037362-dog-leg-brace-for-back-leg-canine-hock-brace-rear](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/473037362-dog-leg-brace-for-back-leg-canine-hock-brace-rear) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
