Non-Stick? Hah! A huge disappointment, waste of money, and too late to return. Never again.
I had such great hopes for this product based on the good reviews. However, even when I liberally slather olive oil in the cups before I add the ingredients for my bacon crumble, feta cheese, and chopped onion egg muffins, they stick horribly. Then it's a major hassle to get the pan clean. It doesn't get clean in the dishwasher, that's for sure. The picture is after the muffin pan has soaked in hot, soapy water for over an hour. This is the result I get every time I use it. The only way I can get it clean is to scrub each individual cup with a plastic scouring pad. My regular old muffin tin performs better than this. A huge waste of money and major disappointment.

Good product and quick shipment!
This is pefect as my soap mould. I like how flexible it is yet sturdy enough to hold for the shape (not too floppy). It came in short period of time. Nice!

Perfect!
I'm thrilled with the Brengs Premium Silicone 12 Cup Muffin Pan. I go through metal muffin pans like crazy--there's really no satisfactory way to clean them and they wind up rusting and looking grungy. The Brengs will never rust, and it's top rack dishwasher safe. Yay!!You always use silicone bakeware on a baking sheet. Put the muffin pan on the baking sheet, spray it with cooking spray and you're good to go. This muffin pan will hold a standard muffin recipe. If you're preparing a smaller amount, like from a mix, put a small amount of water in the empty cups. If you're making cupcakes from a cake mix, you'll need to bake in two batches. It's worth it.When the muffins are done, the water will be almost gone and you can sop up what's left with a paper or kitchen towel. The muffins or cupcakes will pop out after a couple of minutes. Let the pan cool, wipe it out and you're ready to bake again.I've been using a couple of silicone cake molds for several years. They aren't perfect; you have to be really careful when moving them around, and more than once I've wound up with cake batter all over the kitchen floor. It's always chocolate, too. This pan is made of a different silicone material. It's more rigid than the pans I had that flop all over the place and can be rolled for storage. I wouldn't try to roll this pan. I'm delighted with the material, and think I'll stick to making cupcakes from now on.One of my specialties is a frozen fruit salad. I can see this pan being used to freeze individual portions that can be popped out at a moment's notice. I'm also thinking about freezing this summer's pesto in it. Oh, the possibilities!I was provided a sample for review, but think I'm going to buy a couple more. It's that good!

You will thow away your metal muffin pans
I must admit that I was just a bit worried when I popped the muffin pan in the oven for the first time. After all, it looks like plastic and feels like plastic and I have been conditioned that plastic will melt in a 350 degree oven. Rest easy. The muffin pan is silicone – it is totally safe to 460 degrees. It actually is probably safer than traditional metal pans. I know it is easier to clean up and it will not rust or tarnish like a lot of metal pans. The silicone muffin pan is FDA approved and totally safe. There is only one thing I do not like about the silicone pan – it is a little too flexible, that is it tends to bend. You will need to hold it with two hands when you put it in the oven. Alternatively, you could set it on a cookie sheet.I was concerned about two things. First, I wondered if it was necessary to grease the sides of the pan so the muffins would not stick. The pan is non-stick, which means that whatever you are baking will come out with very little effort. You can butter/grease the sides of the pan if you choose but it is not necessary. My second concern was how difficult it would be to get the muffins out of the pan. I can say that it was actually easier than traditional metal pans. While I have a couple of metal muffin pans, I suspect those will not be getting much use in the future. The silicone muffin pan is far superior to the traditional metal baking pans – it is easier to get the muffins out, easier to clean, dishwasher safe, will not rust or tarnish, can be used in the microwave or the freezer. Extremely versatile, high quality and very functional.I was provided a sample for testing/review purposes.
