BEAUTIFUL quality packaging! Makes you feel like you bought something special. Love when a seller has quality packaging...makes it feel like an experience when making a purchase and opening it which I appreciate so much! The product itself is clean looking and very sleek and most importantly appears to work just fine. It does make a very faint buzzing sound when its on so I'm hoping that's not indicitive of anything. If it is ill surely update this but as of now I've used it multiple times and it works good. I loved this purchase, opening it made me feel good and using it made me feel great. Thank you Sumlife so taking time to make your product and packaging affordable and beautiful. It makes me as a consumer feel special. Will purchase from this company again for sure when the time arises!

Feels solid and well made; easy to handle and glides through my hair without any pulling or snagging; heats up very fast, in about 15 seconds and really like the digital temperature setting feature; the extra long cord is quite handy and the storage pouch keeps the iron from getting scratched up by other items placed in and out of the drawer it is stored in. Noticed some customers mentioned a light buzzing sound coming from their irons, which I also hear when the iron is up near my head, but the seller assured me it is normal (my daughter has the same flat iron and hers sounds the same - she loves hers, as well). Seller responded the same day to my e-mails, was friendly and quite eager to make sure I am satisfied with the product, and I am - thank you!

This iron is great for many features and reasons. However I would not call this professional grade. You see, I am frequently traveling. One time I left my very expensive iron in a hotel! Thankfully they kept it safe for me and I was able to get it back next time I was there. However I didn't want to risk it again with one of my favorite and very expensive ones. This one does have multiple heat settings and a locking system that I do enjoy. It's good, it's just not salon quality. For the price I was expecting much worse honestly! After a couple of days of use I did notice my hair looking damaged a little, so I do recommend adding a little extra protective serum to your hair than you normally would when using this iron. Other than that, I've been satisfied. It does take a few extra passes on my very thick and course hair... But that's okay. The price is great, especially with all of the features!

This is honestly the best straightener I’ve ever owned. It came well packaged and also comes with a nice bag for storage. The cord is plenty long and has a Velcro thing to keep it wrapped when not in use. But the best part is how quickly it heats up!! The numbers quickly increase and you can see how close it is to the temp you set it at. It takes less than one minute to heat up to 450. And then once heated, it is easy and quick to use on your hair. No snagging or anything like that. I’m not very good at curling my hair with a straightener but I do think this straightener would be good for curling too because of how sleek it is.

Very appealing look but it’s terrible! Takes forever to straighten or curl my hair. Have to go extremely slow for it to work. When it does straighten it doesn’t last long. About an hour later my hair was completely wavy again. There is also a very loud and annoying buzzing sound when It’s turned on. Waste of money. Highly disappointed. Only pro to this strightner is it looks nice and was packed nicely.

Product is good, does what its says straightens and curls fine but everytime I turn It on I hear a buzzing sound. I read here that the company says its ok and its normal? But still its a little bit concerning and annoying! I can't help but think that something's wrong with it.

This was a purchase for my daughter's birthday and just given to her 3 weeks ago. She has two small daughters and they all use this and like it vry much. My daughter especially likes the ceramic plates as they protect the hair from the heat yet straighten or curl nicely.Her first response upon opening was, "Oh! Wow! This is a really nice flat iron!"

I have to admit - I'm new to the flat iron world as I've been using a curling iron for years so I'm still learning how to use it. The digital readout allows you to watch the temperature as it heats up, which happens very fast. I do find myself not knowing which way to turn the iron or which way to pull it/twist it...but I hope that improves the more I use it. This is the first flat iron I've used, so I can't compare it to others but for me I'm glad I switched from a curling iron and am happy with this purchase.
