Yes. It holds my iPhone 6 Plus that measures 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 with my case on it.

Will this device work -- connect properly -- to a pushcart?

I don’t use it on my pushcart because it has a net to hold my scope. However, as long as you have somewhere to clamp it to on your push cart it will work

I use mine on the windshield post like this photo. Wether I’m the driver or passenger, I’ll mount to the side I’m on. I have seen on the website you can mount to the steering column, but haven’t tried. The windshield post has worked perfect for me. Hope this helps and enjoy this product

What are the dimensions?

No sure but about the size to hold the range finder in the picture. The metal “wire” holding the pouch is bendable.
