This is great for heat applications on your hair. It beats sitting under a dryer when short on time

Heats well...little tight...hard to sleep with it on.

I do deep conditioning treatments weekly on my hair. I used to put on a shower cap and then wrap a towel around my head. I was hoping to find something that would be easier & add the benefit of heat. The cap heats up nicely and retains the heat well. The small plastic hair covers work fine. Would like to know where to buy more, since only 4 come with the cap. My head diameter is a little over 22", which seems average. I have short hair and the cap was very loose. It wobbles and slips around which is annoying. Someone with long or thick hair might have better success. I'm keeping the cap and just using a binder clip to make it tight enough to sit in place. Overall I recommend it.

Does not stay hot for long. This is pretty much just a cap with gel inside it that stays hot for a few minutes. It also heats unevenly. Save your money.

This works just like a normal steam cap...only better cause u can walk around and do chores around the house while u get your hair steamed.......it's perfect....

Never could get the gel to distribute in the cap to the top of the head - where I need the heat the most. Second time I used it, it popped in my microwave at 1 minute of heating. Directions say to heat 90 seconds!

It can get a little to hot especially if you have thin hair.

I like this heating cap. I walk around with it on then reheat it again while doing errands in the house.
