It’s not worth it all, just a ornament, I took it to a watchmaker to check how to set the time, even he was not able to set it, although several features mentioned some 24, but only the flash light is working, no alarm, no games, etc etc I purchased this since it showed earlier AED 190 and now after discount 35, I bought it much in advance to present for a birthday gift, now it is less than 25 days, but the return policy has lapsed.I have lost my money, at least they should refund or replace with basic features. Am amazed that Amazon deal with these unreliable suppliers who cheat product information and disappoint customers especially the kids.

Product is good

I ordered a smartwatch, but it did not work properly from the start. I couldn't even set the time according to GCC timing, and after just two days, it stopped working. The watch also lacked the features that were advertised on your website, which is misleading. This has been a very frustrating experience, and your service has not met my expectations. Due to this, I have removed my card details and will no longer be purchasing from your shop. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of both the product and the service. I hope you improve your product descriptions and customer support to avoid disappointing other customers in the future.

Battery dies quickly

Unless you put a sim in it the product is virtually useless. Can’t even set the time and date. Horrible product

Yes it’s only 65 AED but you can’t even change the time on the watch. It doesn’t look like on the pictures. It has to have a SIM card although we just want to use as a watch. No instructions. Camera is pathetic. Games! Only one maths game which is very basic. Shouldn’t be allowed to be sold on Amazon.

My 5 year old grandson absolutely loves this watch! The quality and functions are very decent for the price. It’s easy to operate (especially if you READ the instruction manual prior to using.) Before purchasing, I read a number of reviews that gave the watch low ratings due to it failing to power back on after charging. I was skeptical to purchase for this reason, but decided to anyway. Glad I did!!! The instruction manual clearly states that the watch should be charged with a 5V 1A charging box. This is a very low voltage charger, as charging it with higher powered chargers can destroy the inside components and short out the watch. My gut feeling is that this is what has happened to many who reported being disappointed in the product due to it not working for a long time. So please, read the instructions carefully before use and your child, grandchild, niece, nephew or neighbor’s child should enjoy this gift for a long while. Bonus: If you have a highly active kid, and you’re as lucky as me, your child will tire him or herself out attempting to rack up steps on the pedometer…lol!

My grandson loves his smartwatch. It does require charging a little often but he loves it.

Returning because I bought it mainly for the alarms but it didn't work for our purpose. The alarms are preset and pre-named, you cannot set your own and cannot re-name the ones already there. Also, the most the alarms repeat is daily, so if you have something that your child needs to be reminded to do several times a day, this watch will not work for you. The available alarms are: get up, brush teeth, breakfast, walk dog, go to school, lunch, sports, go home, dinner, housework, homework, reading and go to bed. The watch has parental controls that allow you to block ONLY the games for certain days or certain hours of the day. Keep in mind that the other things will remain open for use (camera, video, audio books, flashcards, etc), which can still be very distracting for a kid. This watch is also HUGE, almost adult size. Lastly, I didn't like that the difference watch faces are easily changed by just swiping through them when you wake up the watch.
