It's on somewhat of a level area and there is no need for wheel chocks. Apparently the concrete pad that I park the trailer on, has been causing the tires to dry rot (according to the tire dealer). These were a good price and a step up from using plywood. I like these because they are of a rubber material so they stay pliable in cold weather. I like that these have the curve built in like little wheel chocks to keep the tire from rolling while also maintaining the tire shape. I parked my trailer where I wanted it, then moved it forward so that I could put these tire savers down. Then I backed the trailer up onto them. It worked well for one tire, the the other tire wasn't correct. I had to jack up the trailer to get the tire saver in the correct place. It was probably my doing, and not the tire saver. I'll try to do better next time.
