Degenerative disk in neck. Used it 1 time and immediately felt better. Stopped doing physical therapy because of this.

For the price I really wasn’t expecting much, but I honestly think this is a pretty solid product for the money. It’s definitely worth more than what it cost. If you have cervical disc herniation such as I do, this can help to give a little relief when nothing else seems to work.

Broke on first use. Not well made at all, and it's actually a dangerous design with how you have to "release" it.

I have tried many neck traction devices and this one is the best by far! I use it on a regular basis. It keeps me aligned, and helps with headaches. It’s tricky with the over the door piece, but I worked it out…. Best traction device at home for the money.

I tried it but it is very inconvenient to lower this stretcher after you are in a traction position for a while, actually it is impossible to lower it while sitting. You have to stand up, take a break and reposition. I did like how easy it was to set it up.

I was actually pretty skeptical like many. Considered buying the $400 apparatus but decided to give the cheap one a go first. It’s kind of awkward to get it on your head and get it hooked up, but once you figure it out it’s pretty easy. I was having issues with C6 and 7. Tons of numbness down my left arm. No sleep due to the numbness also. I used this a few days a week for about 15 minutes and within a month I had zero issues with my arm anymore. It does what it says and I’m very satisfied with the purchase.

This device bent on the first use. If there is a weight limited it was not stated anywhere that I found. Overall, it did what i needed it to do, but quality is lacking.

It can take more weight than others I have used so far. Worked well for me but the ratchet broke down after 3 months. The fabric threads also ripped apart under pressure. The product is good but would be even better if the ratchet and fabric threads can last longer when used within the maximum weight limits claimed by the manufacturer.
