I loved this little blender. It worked great for about 4 months then won't charge anymore. I've tried everything and then tried to contact support but it appears to be a scam email address to hack your device and steal your information. Amazon might want to take this item off their site.I finally got a replacement through Amazon communication with the seller after months of back and forth. My replacement only lasted about four months as well. I'll try the warranty again and see if I get as much of a run around.When the charging function works, it is the best compact small blender ever.

Purchase this to use when traveling. It’s always nice to have options when traveling. This is a great quick fix for a greens powder smoothie or fruit “pick me up” when on the road in a hurry. Nearly unbreakable and packs small. Decent blade action.

The media could not be loaded. Cool item.Pros: It's compact and you can take it anywhere. I've had plenty of compliments on it. I love that the cup is collapsible. It's super easy to use.Cons: I purchased this to make smoothies with real fruit. It doesn't hold a lot. You have to dice up all your fruit but can't add to much at all. The motor takes most of the room in the cup so, you can't add touch ingredients. I have to blend 3 to 4 times for it to work. If you over pack it, it will not work.The dots have to line up exactly. If the dots are off by the smallest amount, it will not work.The logo Washed off after the second time I washed it.The instructions doesn't specify if the cup is dishwasher safe( I hand was both parts). Since the cup is collapsible, it's kind of hard to to clean.It also doesn't specify if the top part housing the motor is water proof or not.The motor isn't that powerful.Overall: it's a good product, I suggest using it to mix protein shakes rather than smoothies.

First off--don't expect this travel-sized blender to have the power and capacity of the Ninja that's occupying space in your kitchen. It has a tiny blade and is battery-operated. I wouldn't even try to use this to blend ice. Not happening.But..it's tiny. It will fit nicely in your travel bag and blend up your protein drinks so you aren't trying to choke down the nasty unmixed, lumpy concoction that you get from a shaker bottle. For me, that's worth everything else, including mixing my shakes in half-size portions because of the small cup.It's surprisingly easy to clean, especially if you add a dollar-store denture brush and a tiny bottle of dish soap to your travel kit.I'm still testing it, but looking forward to using this on my next trip.

My only complaint is that I wish the foldable part was bigger—if my powder requires 2 scoops, there’s not enough room for 8 oz water. Tolerable for 1 scoop powder with water, but not ideal. I’m not an engineer, though, so I don’t know if it would even be possible to make it bigger!I haven’t tried anything frozen in it, just fresh fruit, which blended perfectly.
