Absolutely no guide or tutorial on how to use it. Came with a QR code to read the quick start guide but that also doesnt work. Now I am searching on google to find what are the features and what the buttons and lights do. This is what happens when an Indian company lables chinese products and sells them saying "the trust of hero group".

I recently purchased the Hero Gimbal for phones, hoping to enhance my photography and videography experience. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment upon receiving the product.Upon arrival, the first red flag was the absence of original seals; instead, the box was haphazardly secured with cellophane tape.This immediately raised concerns about the authenticity and integrity of the product. As I opened the package, it was evident that the box’s packaging was tampered and not substandard and not what one would expect from a new product.The internal condition of the package further confirmed my suspicions. The compartment designed to hold the gimbal was damaged, indicating that the product had been previously opened, possibly used, and then returned.This mishandling was evident in the gimbal itself. Not only did it start to overheat alarmingly during operation, suggesting potential safety hazards, but it also malfunctioned.The gimbal was unstable and seemed to be broken, contradicting the primary purpose of providing steady camera support.To add to the frustration, essential components like a warranty card and a user manual were missing from the box. This lack of basic inclusions made it challenging to understand and operate the product safely.In conclusion, my experience with the seller was highly unsatisfactory. The compromised packaging, signs of previous use, functional issues, and missing items point to a lack of quality control and disregard for customer experience. I would advise potential buyers to exercise caution and perhaps consider other more reliable options in the market.

I have purchased the device for use in my home studio. I use it to vlog on a day out with my friends as we are all recently into making reels. Some of the modes like timelapse and tripod help a lot to make smooth stable videos.

Product is nice Bt packing is very bad

First of all i did not receive a new one, the manual was so old and the device did not seem new in anyway. There is issue with the device itself, it cannot hold the phone straight and stays tilted. Even the device cannot actively track an object, rather you will have to tilt it yourself. What is the use of such gimbal.
