Guardians of the Wind. Artisan Sterling Silver Earrings with Labradorite. Rustic, Primitive, Raw, Amulet, Halloween. Scary Faces Series #5. Guardians of the Wind. Being in Halloween mood I designed and made four Scary Faces Pendants that are listed separately and one pair of earrings. Their names given to them by Little Allen, my son. This spooky pair of earrings is called Guardians of the Wind. I used sterling silver sheet metal, sterling silver round wire and faceted labradorite cabochons. I created the design, cut the metal, filed, sanded, hammered, soldered, stamped, oxidized it, polished and set the stones. I made my own hammered sterling silver earwires. The earrings are 2 inches long by 1 inch wide. All my items I make by hand one at a time and no two pieces are ever the same.
