I ensured the air heater worked well and didn't return it to Amazon over the cheap latches being damaged as I thought Hcalory would be able to replace them at little or no cost - how wrong I was. When I contacted them and supplied photos, order number, photos of packaging etc. I was accused of having bought a "fake" Hcalory unit. As if it is so much better than all the others on the market, this despite having their name all over the packaging, their handbook, Hcalory stickers on the unit itself and having purchased it from Amazon! After this from Hcalory Customer No Service and Support I had a look on Ebay for latches and bought 4 far superior ones and the unit is now secure and working well. Avoid Hcalory if you ever feel you'll need support from them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value for money *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 December 2023* Yes very nice item easy to use good seller and very good service 👍👍👍 ### ⭐ Very poorly made clips broke fragile case is weak *by R***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 January 2023* Clips broken and one missing, case very fragile .not worth the extra money for the casing --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/472569729-hcalory12v-8kw-diesel-air-heater-portable-and-convenient-integrated-parking](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/472569729-hcalory12v-8kw-diesel-air-heater-portable-and-convenient-integrated-parking) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
