These work GREAT!
The OEM silicone ear tips may work great for some people but my ears just keep spitting them out. After research, these Comply tips were highly regarded so I gave them a try. SOLD! For the first time I was able to shake my head around without the earbuds falling out! Perfect fit! The only downside is that you really can't hear people talking to you, which can actually be an upside!

Ew... Silicone Ear-tips? No fear, Comply is here!
These are like a must buy once you get new earphones. So I've been using these for probably over 6-months and I can't tell you how comfortable these are. Usually regular conventional ear-tips that come with earphones are trash and wouldn't stay in your ear no matter the size you use. That's when Comply shows up with these nice premium foam ear-tips that stay contours to your ear hole, and will stay so well you can go jogging and still they wouldn't come off. In terms of comfort, they're super comfortable unless you get a size too large, so there may be trial and error. They also do a lot better then silicone tips in noise isolation since they contour to your ear, blocking off any space. Installation will take a lot of twisting as the plastic core is stiff, but that's good so they wouldn't fall off. In terms of waterproof, they would become really mushy and kind of smelly, so try not to get it too wet. They will recover though, so don't worry too much. One downfall however, is that they look kind of ugly, but subjective to others. I've been using 1 of the 3 sets for the past 6+ months with my JayBird Blubuds X, and its still running well. Definitely a great buy!

Very good upgrade for universal IEM
Recently acquired these foam ear tips for my monitor IEMs and I am thoroughly impressed. They provide a comfortable fit and an enhanced listening experience by effectively isolating ambient noise. Easy to install and durable, these ear tips are certainly a solid investment for anyone looking to upgrade their in-ear monitoring setup. Highly recommended for their superb quality and performance!"

Sound is great...cable not so much.
My second pair because the cables eventually unravel. Problem with this set is that the small elastic to secure the cables is too to use so I am constantly separating the cables.

Great with EAH-AZ100
I use these on my Technics EAH-AZ100. Don't let the missing alignment tab or that the tip isn't completely round on the AZ100 slow you down. I was using the largest tips that came with the buds and the seal wasn't firm enough. Medium foam tips fit great in my ear canals and the case. They give a firm, almost grippy seal that brings the technics up to par with even my Moondrop Blessing 3 IEMs.

Solves all your fitting problem! And sounds great, doesn't change sound signature much at all.
After about 2-3 months of growing frustration with being unable to truly appreciate my Noble Trident Universal IEMs, I finally decided enough was enough and bought a set of these. BY FAR THE BEST INVESTMENT I'VE MADE! I can finally listen to my Tridents without any issue of having to re-seat them in my ears every 5 seconds and best of all, I can actually wear them while I walk without having to worry that they'll keep sliding out! Awesome ear-tips and very comfortable! Sound-wise they seem to isolate enough to keep the low ends solid while still being extremely clear. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of more secure ear-tips!

They work well, seals well and stays in my ears .
These work great for my ears. I was using the silicone "mushroom" style ones for several years in my IEMs and they never really quite sealed my ear canal which in turn created a loss of bass response. This wasn't good as I am the bass player :-/ I popped these on my IEMs and was quite happy that they fit and sealed my ear very well and more importantly, stayed in place (the other ones would slip out over time). The mediums worked for my ears (it's always a crap shoot when buying items based on size like these). Priced well and worked for me.

Excellent (and expensive) disposable earbuds
I was thinking about buying another 3 pairs of these but reading other reviews I see I am not alone in my experience, so this time I am going to pass. Last year I bought the S/M/L version in order to try them all and be able to get a good fit. Little I know I was buying disposable earbuds. I used them in my Jaybird BlueBuds X and for sure they are much better than the stock tips. They had a very snug fit with my earphones but having read previous reviews I was expecting this and was able to fit them without any big difficulty. Sadly, the first pair (Medium) lasted about 4 months, using them about 4 times a week (only about 64 use cycles!) and the next pair (Large) did even worse lasting about 2.5 months with the same usage (I assume because of their bigger size - I had to squeeze them harder). The last pair was too small for my ears and kept popping out. Pros: Comfortable Very secure fit Outstanding isolation Cons: Durability is not worth the cost in my opinion Not easy to clean Advice: If you are willing to pay 15 bucks for small and disposable pieces of foam, then read the other reviews and try to figure out your size, so you can get 3 disposable pairs with a combined 10-12 months of durability. In my opinion if you use your earphones to run or do high intensity training (or anything that involves lots of movement) and your current tips keep falling off, the fit they provide might be worth the cost. As for myself I will stick with my almost decent stock rubber tips for the gym.
