I have a small capsule making machine that I use to make my own supplements. I mix magnesium powder with calcium powder together, then I put these powders into a empty capsules for my daily supplement.

My Doctor recommended this supplement to treat osteoporosis. I find it very easy to take. I put 1/2 teaspoon in breakfast cereal every morning. Tried the drug store capsules but they were too big to swallow comfortably and more expensive. KCL457
