OK where do i start! well didn't come when they said it would(amazon) . ok got it open out the box ,no kind of instructions on putting it together, lucky i've put so much crap together lol, anyways back to this pressure washer! ok got to job site and filled it with oil 1st, make sure you check it b 4 starting, then started it after about 6 pulls. ran fine with my surface cleaner ,so than i cut it off to switch to the wand, guess what it didnt start . pulled & pulled and pulled . after letting it sit trying to figure what the hell was wrong and than , 1 pull it started! so i have a piece of overseas crap that you have to let sit 10-15 mins before it starts again! wth! nothing in none of the REVIEWS !!!!! that talk about this! well im letting you know b4 you buy! i spent over 768 buck for piece of crap that you cant go back and restart right up!so b4 you buy look at other that don't have to wait 10- 15 mins before restart! hell i have a 300 dollar one iv'e had from tractor supply for over a year and half and it run like hell ! and dont have to wait any time for a restart! don't waste you or time or money with this one . nothing but a headache ........

Since I have received this machine I have had to request multiple pumps to replace the original water pump that became separated on a job site. The machine has been down since every replacement pump has either not fit or simply didn’t create pressure despite being a simple installation process. Go spend your money on a tried and tested machine instead of being let down time after time. I hope this review helps others avoid similar situations have a great day.

This item came well packaged but it started off bad some of the fittings did not fit right and then when it came time to start it up I won’t start. Did the troubleshooting and still can’t get it to start. Not sure what the problem is but i it’s really frustrating. After getting it to start finally while I was using it pets just started vibrating off bolts came loose and vibration control pads came out. All in all just poorly built and would not recommend it

I have had careers in industrial pressure washer sales and also a industrial pressure washer field technician, the specs on this machine being a chinese knock off peaked my interest, I needed something small for around the house, if this was a name brand unit it would be twice the price so I bought it, works flawless, yes I did have to get a hose adapter at the supply store, and only 4 stars because high pressure hose was leaking inside the hose reel and was loose from the factory.

Best washer on the market for this price. Don’t sleep on it

It was missing the Oil dipstick for the pump. It would not Hook up to the water hose and Had to go Bye all the adapters to make it work. When I cranked it the water hose real was pouring water everywhere And it was hard to start. after doing all that it is a good pressure washer.

You can see in the picture that the frame is bent and that parts we’re just thrown in the box haphazardly. I am not impressed. We will see if all the parts are there and if it works properly. Then I will update this review

The machine is maneuverable, wasn’t very hard to assemble, but after we used it for 30 minutes, it broke down beyond repair. After spending $700, you would assume the machine would operate for at least a year. But that was not the case. I would not recommend this product.
