## Questions & Answers

**Q: i ordered the acer laptop 4741 it fits great in the compartment, and it will not work. it is like it is dead.. i don't know what to do .**
A: Return it and try another one. Mine popped right in and was fully charged. You might want to check your power cord too. I had to replace mine.

**Q: I have Gateway nv77h05u model and the battery label says as10d31 10.8v 4400mAh. Is this compatible?**
A: This battery I used will work for yours, yes it is compatible from what I can see

**Q: Is this compatible with Acer 5742-6814?**
A: if it is the one I ordered, then it fits.

**Q: Will this work for a gateway ne71b?**
A: I really don't know, but will say this battery failed after one week of use. I have to keep laptop plugged in constantly in order to use laptop. If the plug is out for even 10 seconds, the charge that had just said 100%, now says 7 % , and the laptop will shut down. when I replug......it won't charge up unless I remove the battery, and then put it back in. Extremely disappointed in this......
