I was at the doctor's today getting one of these ...
I was at the doctor's today getting one of these removed from my ear. Just got them recently (as in a couple of weeks) and this is the second time it has 'volunteered' to come apart from the unit. Won't use this again.

Very comfortable, definitely worth trying especially if you have small ear canals
The most comfortable ear pieces I have worn. My ear canals are very small and I find wearing hearing aids all day very irritating so I don’t wear them which is not good for me. I do better with these than any before. They are very small and they must be checked for security before inserting them as I can imagine they could fall off easily but I haven’t had any problems. They leave the most skin tissue exposed so the least irritation and I’ve been very happy. The quality of sound is very good especially as I wear my hearing aids with them!!!
