Very Tasty!
This has a unique texture. You can feel the grains in it. And it has a good flavor. I prefer adding a little extra milk to make thinner pancakes. It is pricier over other basic pancake mixes, but it tastes better and is healthier. What I did today to extend the contents of this package is put in 1 cup of this pancake mix with one cup of our other pancake mix we buy at Costco and added about 1/2 cup of oatmeal. I added the milk and melted butter and egg to make it the thickness we like and the pancakes were great. I added a little extra milk to balance out the extra oatmeal we added. I also added a couple of shakes of cinnamon as that's supposed to be healthy, too.I make these about twice a week for breakfast and add warm authentic maple syrup. Honestly, it's like a healthy dessert. Yum!

Large rock hard chunks in mix
Mix had several large 3/4 inch rock like clumps in the mix. Really really hard rock like pieces of some kind of mix ingredient. Your making a cake, add milk, egg, and butter. Red Hills seems a better way to go if you can get it.

Better in Person
I visited the Bunnery in Jackson, WY November 2020. Of the 3 breakfasts I had, 2 of them were at the Bunnery! It was so good the first visit, I went back a second time in the same weekend.I was pleasantly surprised when I found their infamous OSM pancake mix on Amazon, I had to give it a try!I didn't look at the directions until I was ready to make them and was disappointed it called for 2 servings of mix along with milk, eggs, and butter. I try to eat a little on the healthier side when at home so I only used water and 1 serving of mix. The batter whipped up to the appropriate consistency and cooked like you'd expect a pancake would. The texture of the finished product was as I remembered. However, the flavor was lacking and the pancakes that I cooked a little more brown resembled the taste of a burnt tortilla. These pancakes are 10/10 in person from the Bunnery - especially with blueberries added in. Unfortunately, I would not purchase this mix to make at home again. Another reason I'll just have to get back to Jackson!

Good pancakes.
The Bunnery used to be my go to spot for taking dust-caked patchouli-scented hippie girls for breakfast after a late night campfire and tent excursion, creeping out of in the hills northwest of Jackson, Wyoming. Nothing like hot coffee, sumptuous hotcakes, and a sinewy dirtbag princess high on a starry night and the promise of caffeine. You can't have that, but you can order these--either in regular or blueberry, they're both awesome--and simulate your wilderness child experience right there in your very own breakfast nook. These are the best pancakes on earth. NO B.S. I miss a lot about those grubby days when the closest thing I had to a permanent address was the license plate on my funky Dodge D-100 (3 on the tree), and these are one of those things. Buy two. They go down easy. And they're just as good with bloody marys as they are with coffee.

Filling and healthy option for breakfast
This is not a wimpy bag of pancake flour. This is the real deal, full of whole grains and absolutely wonderful for breakfast or a special brunch. We add berries, bananas to the batter in whatever combination desired. It’s delish!

Don't recommend it.
It was different description, and when I receive it I honestly didn't like it, it has inside the mix like some kind of pieces of something, like pieces of rocks.
