These are excellent coasters. They are not fancy, but extremely functional.They don’t slide around, they allow the condensation to drip off the sides of a cold glass or bottle but keep it off the desk or table top, they don’t scratch the furniture, they don’t show dirt and they are very easy to clean when necessary.They are also good size with a diameter of about 4.25”.Because of their size, they can also be used for hot plates and pans, etc.There are 8 in the package, which is a generous number. Checking Amazon I found that nearly all coasters come in packs of 4, 5 or 6.For years I have been using all cork coasters, the same ones all that time and they are very grungy because they are very difficult to clean. It was a pleasure to be able to retire them and start using these.

Some of the people in my family will leave a cup on the kitchen counter--they want to reuse it (only holding water), but I tend to pick them up & put them in the dishwasher. That's why I got these coasters--each color is different, so each person was assigned one color and puts their mug on the coaster--they can then put the mugs in the dishwasher when they are finally done with them. As others have mentioned, the coasters do not absorb water--they just have a deep well that collects any moisture until it evaporates. In other words, if you pick up the coaster at an angle, you (or the counter) will get wet. That's not enough to dissuade me, though--they work well for us, and stay corralled because of the holder. I'm glad I got them.

I like the fact the liquid from the condensation on your glass drips down into these coasters. Your not picking up the coaster every time you reach for a sip, pretty yet very effective. Nice for the outdoors and inside your home.

I still use big ice cubes so most of my drinking glasses are actually coffee mugs. :)1. Love the colors. In the photo the red looks a little pink. It's not. It's fire engine red.2. These have cute little heart shaped cushions.3. The holder is silicone too, which I really love. It looks pretty darned durable.4. These fit all of the mugs in my home. I have a really big TAG Manatee mug. It fits on these.5. They are easy to clean. You can run them through the top shelf of the dishwasher.6. They don't stick to each other. I bought some coasters that were labeled silicone that were actually rubber and stuck together. Ugh. These are wonderful silicone.7. The coaster doesn't get hot when you put a hot mug on it. :)I loved these enough to buy two sets. Next month I'll get a third and put a stack on every side table in our living room.

I really, really love these coasters! The hearts are adorable and I am here for anything rainbow.UNFORTUNATELY they fade VERY quickly in the sun. I left one of them out for a single day and it has faded considerably.Other than that, they're great. The holder for the coasters is silicone too, which is super awesome. I just leave the holder upside down on top of the coasters so the sun doesn't bleach them.

These coaster exceeded my expectations. The size is nice and one of the reasons I got them.My Wife kept missing our older coasters with her glass when drinking wine because they were small, and you had to get the glass just right on them. (Yes, you may laugh, I did ... at first. Second and third time less so, LOL)These are nice and big, very colorful and pretty. No more spilled wine and broken glasses!

I bought several of these because the beautiful ceramic coasters or other "fancy" ones always "leaked" when moisture from the glass built up and created water stains on the tables. And the ceramic ones would always break when the suction from the moisture attached to the glass and then dropped off when someone lifted their glass. These silicone coasters eliminate the water stains on the furniture even when some people (i.e. spouse) leaves his drink with ice cubes on the coaster overnight.

Much larger than expected. I used to have the OXO brand silicone coasters and I liked them a lot, but trashed them after a couple years of use. Saw these for MUCH cheaper so gave it a shot. Expected the quality to be low since these are mass produced made in china coasters, but they are actually BETTER than the OXO ones I had! Silicone doesn't have any odor and they hold a lot of condensation/liquid. Best part about these is that they wont stick to the bottom of your glass when you pick it up.
