The numbers are large enough that I can see without glasses. It comfortably fits into my hand. Have to remove battery to eliminate the timer from turning on and beeping when transporting

A Handy Timer
This is a handy little timer to have in your kitchen or anywhere else when needed. It has a very large readout so that you will be able to see the numbers from across the room, even if you're near-sighted. It is basic and simple, with just three buttons that are used to set the time (up to 99 minutes), start/stop and clear. The timer counts up by pressing start or counts down with a specified setting. You can adjust the alarm bell from loud to soft. It has three small magnets on the back that firmly adhere it to anything metal, the front or side of your refrigerator for instance, or you can pull out the small stand to set it on a counter. It also has a place at the top for inserting a hook or string for hanging. Runs on one AAA battery (not included). Very easy to use, and wipes clean with a damp cloth.I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

not loud enough
Can barely hear it when the timer goes off and it is set to the louder setting. It’s not audible at all on the lower setting.
