Not UL Listed
This unit is not UL listed and it comes with no documentation. I chose not to use it. If your house burns down due to a non-UL listed device then you will have problems with your home owners insurance. These units come from China.We chose not to take a chance and we bought a UL listed device.

I onlt received a metal lock box as large as a computer no electric board or components . Sent back

Only supplies 8.5-9.5 volts!
What a complete pile and waste of my valuable time! I installed this power supply to replace an old one that had few bad outputs I installed this unit, connected the first two cameras and they had a hard time coming online, the picture was all fuzzy and full of snow. I checked and there was 8.5 to 9.5 volts. I ended up reusing some of my ancient power supplies to power the remainder of my cameras, now to remove this piece of junk and send it back!
