Wirkung?
Ich nehme es erst seit ein Paar Tagen, davor habe ich aber schon Macapulver ca 1 Woche mit teilweise über 10 Kapsel am Tag bzw über 10 Gramm Maca genommen. Ich nehme über 4 Kapsel am Tag aber leider spüre ich bislang keine besondere spezifische Wirkung. Die Einnahme erfolgt nach den Mahlzeiten ohne Nebenwirkungen. Mittlerweile nehme ich mindestens 6 Kapsel am Tag, aber ohne besondere bzw deutlich spürbare Wirkung.

Personally have had no effect
I have been using this every day for about a week and I personally have not felt any effect from it. However to each their own, this could work for you, I'm not sure of the science behind it. Reddit seems to support it. The bottle is fairly attractive, and the pills are easy to swallow. Each pill is 33p, you can get a whole Tesco basic garlic bread baguette for 32p and I think that would be a better use of your money

MACA TEST
Did a little research on the Maca root extract & thought I'd give this a try. A lot of different variations available, this came as a twin pack reasonably priced at the time. So in the process of completing the first of the two supplies. Going well thus far. (Still early days)

Happy with these Capsules
No earth moving change in libido but I shall persevere. My energy levels do seem to have hightened and I am attributing this fact to this supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and a regular size with no noted aftertaste or ill effects. No problem recommending.
