A4 size listed is misleading.
The book is nicely set up, has numbered pages, an index and a pocket in the back. It is very high quality.... But...... It is not an A4 size. It's a B6 at best. Check the measurements before you buy. I returned the book.

... the tooth of the paper in this journal is great for my pens and ink
I am a fountain pen guy and the tooth of the paper in this journal is great for my pens and ink. The thickness of the paper, and ultimately the transparency is lacking. If I use darker inks, and a medium or fat nip the paper soaks it up but when I turn the page there is noticeable bleed through. The quality is good, my ribbon dividers came out the second time I opened the book. Apparently the glue that holds the ribbons to the spin hardened and no longer held the fabric. I have been using Moleskine notebooks since college (80's) when my architecture professor introduced them to me. Every once in a while I will venture out and purchase another style, only to regret it and return to the original. I so want to love this notebook, but I think I will reserve that for the black Italian journals that this is trying to imitate. Not a bad notebook, but for the money, not great at all. It all starts with the paper then the craftsmanship. Great craftsmanship can't make up for average paper.

A seriously nice journal for bullet journaling
A seriously nice journal for bullet journaling! Great size! Heavier paper than the Moleskin or Leuchtturm 1917. Super fast shipping, fine quality. Will definitely be purchasing again. 2 pack is a deal!

Awesome BuJo, mediocre everything else.
Just received in the mail today. If you're into bullet journaling at all, this is where I would encourage you to start. Thick, numbered pages and pre-lined index section to help keep sections organized. High quality hard cover with leather-like texture and 2 markers. Overall, great product.*I will mention my complaints. I ordered the single journal, no Prime shipping. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Then, it was not delivered on the expected delivery date, but 3 days later. No updates to the tracking only to say that it wasn't delivered on time. A little frustrating, but I'm a patient person. When I opened the package, which came bubble wrapped in a plastic shipping envelope, I noticed that the bottom left corner of the box had been smashed, as if it were dropped on its corner from fairly high up. Upon opening, I saw that the bottom part of the spine had sustained some damage. Opening the book, the inside corner of the pages are noticeably scrunched. On top of that, some of the pages had some staining - not sure what though. The damage sustained was probably a result of shipping and the slow shipping isn't a reason to dock the product itself a star. The only thing that could have been prevented was the staining and it was only 4 or 5 pages that had minor stains at the bottom. The reason I am still giving this 5-stars is because it is a REALLY nice BuJo but I wanted to bring attention to the potential for sub-par shipping.EDIT:I'm updating my original review from 5-stars to 4-stars. I have not owned this journal very long but both markets have fallen out. I ended up using a small/thin 8-inch ruler I had laying around as a bookmark. The pages do ghost a little bit when using felt tip pens but not enough to be distracting. I use the fine-tip pens normally but I do have some Tombow brush tip pens that tend to bleed a bit. I have found that the dot-matrix is a bit tight for my writing style. Still, I'm going to fill up the pages.

A great bullet journal
I was hesitant to buy this notebook with so few reviews but I am happy with my purchase. I've used both a Leuchtturm1917 and a Moleskine for previous bujos but wanted a bigger size and thicker pages and this notebook fits the bill. There is no bleeding and very minimal ghosting when using a variety of pens and inks. It also takes a light watercolor wash with minimal buckling. The pages are a slightly brighter off-white than the LT and Moleskine, which I appreciate (why is it so hard to find true white?!).The index and numbered pages are great. The dot grid and page numbers are slightly darker than in the LT and Moleskine, but not enough to be distracting. I like the hardcover and the blue color, as well as the pocket. The negatives for me are the number of pages and the construction. This notebook only has 127 pages, versus 200+ in my previous books. I know that for me this won't be enough and I'm probably going to have to get a second book to fit my entire year in. The construction has flaws as well. The inside cover of my notebook is glued unevenly, so it's bubbly, not smooth, and several pages at the front and back are stuck together at the binding so that they don't lie flat. And like other reviewers, one of my ribbon markers already came out, but that will be an easy fix.I haven't even begun using the notebook yet (it's for 2018), so time will tell how it holds up. But the size, paper thickness and price make this a great deal and off-set the negatives for me.

SO happy I took a chance on this notebook! Its perfect!
WOW. Was a bit nervous to try this product because it only had 6 reviews but I am SUPER happy with this purchase! At 100 GSM, it has heavier paper than the Moleskine or Leuchtturm 1917. I've discovered that I prefer the numbered pages (when I hand-number them it can get a bit sloppy looking) so I've been leaning more towards the Leuchtturm's rather than the non-numbered Moleskines. But this notebook has it all If you're a bullet journaler: Index pages, pre-numbered pages, the heavier page weight, an elastic to hold the book closed, 2 ribbons to keep your place and the pocket in the back. The hard cover is just a bonus! So glad I discovered this brand. Can't wait to purchase more! The ONLY thing I can think of that is lacking are more color choices for the covers! Otherwise, PERFECT!

I have been on the lookout for a good bullet journaling journal
I have been on the lookout for a good bullet journaling journal. This one is at a great pricepoint (for nice journals in the range of moleskines). The cover is great - solid, textured, hard with a little flex. The dots are a nice college ruled width, love the index pages at the start....and love that the pages are numbered. This will be my new standard journal!
