Works as described

I love this thing. Just water and I was able to clean all my jewelry. Easy to store, cord unplugs from the back and it's a nice little cube. Fits glasses and any jewelry I had. Easy to use, press a button on, another button off; Plus it comes with manual. It is noisy, but it's really not that bad.

Have bought others and this model works much better and lasts longer than the little ones. It is better quality. My husband uses it for his mouth guard.

It does clean jewelry but not as good as it shows in their pics. It could need longer. Was not that impressed.

One of my hobbies is HO slot cars and many of them are 45-60 years old. As such, they can have a lot of dirt, grime, and oxidation on them depending on how they were used and stored. I bought a lot of 9 chassis on eBay and the seller said 4 were running. I got 2 more running with some cleaning, but the last three were in sad shape. I got this ultrasonic cleaner to help take away 40+ years of filth. The first pic is how they started out. The second is after one 5.5 min bath. The third is after a second 5.5 min bath. The last pick is all 9 chassis and the 3 that were in the ultrasonic cleaner are in the top right. With a couple of Dremel bits, i was able to get them shiny and new looking, and most of all running nicely. I recommend this to anyone who needs to clean/degrease stuff that has been sitting for years. The solution is mostly water plus splash of Simple Green Pro HD liquid.
