What’s the sell by date please

I ordered these in early December 22 and the best before date on the pack (no sell by date shown) is 18th August 2023.

Is this suitable for vegetarians?

I beleive so, below are the ingredients Ive been able to find online; NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION (PER 100g) AND INGREDIENTS Sugar, palm fat, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK yogurt powder (7 %), cocoa mass, whole MILK powder, LACTOSE, skimmed MILK powder, strawberries (2 %), CREAM powder, BUTTERfat, maltodextrin, emulsifier (SOYA lecithins).
