Good price, easy to install, works brilliantly.
Swapped out an Intel stock cooler with this and I gotta say, the temperature difference is truly striking. From averaging around 50c on desktop and around 70c under load (playing games, using heavy software) to 30c-35c on desktop and no more than really 45c-50c under load is really amazing. Can't stress enough that the cooler comes with everything you need (brackets, screws, back-plate, radiator and fan) especially since it's compatible with intel or AMD and for the price? I seriously doubt yours gonna find a better cooler for the cost of this one. The install is relatively simple, video on this page is super helpful if you need it but instructions come in the box. TL;DR, Its a great cooler. Really good price, easy to fit and looks nice. Can't ask for more than that.

Performance to price ratio is through the roof!
Have used a few Thermalright products previously but usually the larger ones such as the peerless assassin, but needed something as cheap as possible as the cooler I was using (AMD Wraith Prism) in this build just wasnt doing the job. For the price I really wasnt expecting much but everything was up to the great standard I have come to expect from TR and this functioned above my expectations! CPU temps were nearly 15 degrees cooler at full load (had replaced thermal paste previously with no improvement), was nice and easy to install and felt sturdy once it was on. I always worry these tower coolers wont fit and this was a relatively slim case but there was plenty of room and it looks fantastic. Would absolutely recommend this for mid range CPUs. I wasnt seeing much above 70 degrees on a 5600X which considering I was seeing up to 85 before, which impressed me - especially at this price point!

Fan Tastic
Good performance on my Ryzen 5800G. However I decided to fit an extra PWM fan on the rear of the heatsink fins with the extra clips provided in tandem with the original fan. Fairly quiet until the upper reaches of CPU temperatures when pushing my system on some games. Quality made by the looks of it and an economical price tag.

Excellent cooling at a budget price.
Cools my 5700X3D perfectly. At full load (for example compiling shaders), the max temp I've seen on a hot day is 81C. Generally gaming temps hover around 60c. The included fan is quiet, just remember to set up a custom curve for it in your BIOS. Very easy to mount and attach the fan. Took 15 mins to install. It would have been nice if it came pre-thermal pasted but not a big deal.

Price to thermal performance is brilliant!!
Excellent value for money. Its keeping my ryzen 7 5700g that's overclocked nice and cool compared to the stock HP cooler that it had before. Bonus it comes with decent thermal compound too.

Brilliant value and looks great
For the money this is a steal. Easy to install, great quality and looks fantastic. Connected to the RGB controller in the case, the colours integrate with all other case fans. Also nice and quiet.

No more Noctua for me
I have been running the Thermalright Assassin King 120 SE CPU Air Cooler for a long while now and it is still as good today as the day I installed it. For as long as I can remember I only purchased Noctua coolers figuring there is no point cheeping out on something so important you only buy once. My last build was for a 4U chassis that I couldn't get a Noctua that was a natural fit so I took a gamble on this. It is so cheap it cant be great right? and worst case I can afford to bin it and try again at this price. The reviews say its pretty good, remarkably good but they are biased right?.... wrong. This thing is amazing. It is every bit as good as any cooler that I have ever got. Its not as high quality as most I have got but its more than 5 times less expensive. It is quiet and cools exceptionally well and this specific example doesn't look like it was designed by a kid who just discovered crayons and LEDs. If you want that last few percent of performance, money is no object or expect to try and reuse the cooler forever* with new brackets (Noctua will provide these) then get Noctua etc In all other scenarios consider this brand. *Noctua don't provide brackets forever. I have a couple of high end coolers they dont have modern adaptors for. This meant that I only got to reuse one of them once which is far from forever.

Good quality, easy install
For someone who’s only installed a CPU cooler once before, this was really easy and intuitive to install. I was worried about the fan only being held on by clips but these prove to hold steady. I’ve ran a few games since installing it and no issues with cooling capabilities. On the box it doesn’t say that it’s compatible with the LGA 1155 socket like it does on here - however it still is compatible. A good quality, cheap cooler, would recommend
