I’m not sure why they went with such a huge wrap around the ab section of the body. It makes a back brace totally useless if you plan to use this for anything besides just sitting or lying down. Forget about walking around with this thing IMO it’s pretty much one of the worst products they make. The Goggles are a 1st IMO and this one is an easy runner up. They should of just stuck to what they do best and make the Theragun better, quieter and more affordable. Stay away from all these gimmick items that don’t make a whole lot of sense. You can find a back brace that actually works for half this cost and stretches your vertebrae’s and relieves pain as you walk around with it or lying down. This went back immediately.Also DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING off of the Theragun website. You think buying directly from the seller would be better. lol I bought by a horrible mistake off their website and the return process was worse than taking out a home mortgage. The list of items they make you provide and if you don’t get it exactly correct you could loose all or part of your return. It was such a joke that I will never buy from them again unless it’s through Amazon. My wife put the goggles on and I tried them as well. They are probably the worst design of ANY product I’ve ever seen. It has these balls that rolls over your eyes, directly on the balls. You can’t even see when you take them off because your vision is blurry and your recovering from the pain that they cause your eyes. Instead of doing the OBVIOUS which would be to have those roll over your eyebrows or even better since they’re already so big just make them into a half face mask and let those things roll across your forehead and driving the stress out and away from your face. It’s massage 101. I’ve never seen or had anyone or anything made to massage the eye balls. STAY AWAY from the goggles and this ridiculous back brace that doesn’t let you even breathe when you’re wearing it!

I use this to loosen up my back and hips before playing ice hockey. It’s a game changer TBH. The vibrations are pretty strong. The belt is pretty comfortable. The ability to control heat on the front and the back separately is a neat feature even if not essential. The only loses one star bc the battery pack dies after 2-3 uses. Plus that it recharges w USB-C and that the battery is easily removed and reinserted each time. Downside to that feature though is you can’t operate while plugged in or simultaneously charging.

While this product heats up quickly and delivers 3 speeds of vibration it only offers vibration which isn't helpful. The unit is also heavy and bulky .I much prefer the Hyperice Venom 2 as it offers 3 different settings which I find more targeted to relieving back pain. Both cost the same amount but I think the Hyperice is a better buy.

This belt is a total life saver, love how it helps to alienate stress and help you recuperate when your body is just exhausted

I bought this one last year and it worked just 6 months and then the battery started failing. I wrote to customer service and they hadn't solve me anything. Not recommended product
