The product looks classy. Performance is good and all features as shown in the product description are working well. Speaker volume for phone calls is more than sufficient. Go for it...

The media could not be loaded. The watch is good in the price range. Smooth navigation at the dial. Display and sound quality is perfect. Battery life is also better but not sure why it shows 70% battery even after full charge.

Battry problam

Pros. Light weight, accurate with a big bright dial. The spo2, bp, heart rate, steps reading is very accurate. I bought this watch for just these 3 uses. Battery life is a good 7 days and charges within 90 minutes.Cons. It comes with the da fit app which you have to download for the watch to function properly. It connects to blue tooth and functions ok but removes my earphone s HD codec due to which my music quality suffers. The only option is to uninstall the app and you loose all working apps with the watch which I did as I can't compromise on the audio quality of my music.Overall the watch is good and as I said before I bought it for the 3 uses for which I am satisfied.

I am very pleased with the performance of my watch. It has been few days and the features of my watch keep amusing me. I liked the part where it has allowed so many watch features to be managed in the Phone App. I am happy to say that this was my first choice. Anyone who is looking for a smartwatch with calling and heart rate monitor features below 5000 must definitely chose this watch.I am a first time buyer for Crossbeats Ignite series and would definitely recommend others to chose this brand.

The media could not be loaded. Bought it in Oct'23. Display started malfunctioning in Feb'24.Design - like any other smartwatch available in market. Nothing over the top.Function - same as design, but display gave up in 5 months of very mild usage so quality is definitely below par.Warranty claim - first of all mobile no given as warranty support is invalid, you will not be able to reach this no. Email response was very generic and passed the onus to the customer from packaging in original packing(which by the way not available now), shipping to banglore, shipping charges to Bengaluru, replacement shipping charges (if replacement issued). There are no company owned/associated stores though I am located in Gurgaon (tier 2 situation you can imagine) where I can raise the warranty claim. All in all warranty claim has been made so cumbersome that customer will eventually drop it.Summary - buy a watch from reputed brand who has service network available and whose warranty claim process is robust. All smart watch looks the same.
