Solid ingredients
High quality ingredients that I look forward to taking each day! A client recommended these when I mentioned my low iron levels and tiredness from my autoimmune. Definitely noticed stable energy throughout the day but my bloodwork didn’t show increase in iron levels so I guess it’s filling a missing vitamin somewhere else~ Also the bottle is aesthetically pleasing and has a slight velvety/grippy feeling to it which is easier for my damaged wrist to open 👍🏼

Good but the ingredients changed
I love this product. I also bought more than I needed and would go on and off of them as needed. I went to reorder and noticed that they added synthetic b12 to this. I am not sure why you would do that with an organ meat product since it is already high in b12. Hence the reason why 4 stars instead of 5. I think I'd rather buy more bottles of something else to avoid the synthetic b12. History though, it is good
