Seems to Work to help me get back to sleep
I normally wake up halfway through my sleep cycle to use the bathroom. This nighttime sleep aid helps me go back to sleep. It also opens my sinuses and allows me to breathe through my sinuses.

Excellent Sleep Aid
During this pandemic, my husband and I have had more trouble sleeping. Enter ZZZQuil. This product helps us both fall asleep and stay asleep, it doesn’t seem to be habit-forming in the least, and the taste isn’t too terrible. (Note for some: it does contain a small amount of alcohol.) The price was competitive, it arrived EARLY, and due to Prime delivery, we didn’t have to expose ourselves in a public store. This is the second time we’ve ordered from this vendor and we plan to order again when necessary.
