I absolutely love this UV resin! It has become one of my favorite products for DIY projects. It goes on smoothly, cures beautifully under a UV light, and leaves a crystal-clear, high-gloss finish that makes every project look professionally made. I primarily use it on my 3D prints, and the results are incredible. It enhances the colors, gives them a sleek, glossy appearance, and makes the finished product look polished and high-end. Whether I’m sealing keychains, badges, or other handmade creations, this resin always delivers a beautiful finish. The bottle is easy to use with its precision tip, making application clean and mess-free. A little goes a long way, so it’s a great value for the price. I make jewelry full time and this is the lowest odor and hardest curing UV resin I've tried! The cure time is very quick. My only complaint is that I have to make sure I have the windows closed when I use it and work under a lamp because it will actually start curing from the natural light in the room! LOL I actually have a resin sensitivity, especially to UV resin, and have to work under an exhaust hood with a respirator and goggles. This is stuff is so low odor that I've used a dab here and there for small things with just the exhaust and no mask, and have had zero issues. I'm still hesitant to use more than a few drops without full protection but I will definitely buy this again. I also recommend that you warm this resin before use. Since it cures so quickly, it can cause a few bubbles to pop up and get trapped before you can pop them, if you are using any inserts in your resin. Warming it first seems to solve the problem. Oh, and there doesn't seem to be any curing problems when adding alcohol inks, mica or acrylics to tint the resin! That's often an issue with other UV resins! The resin is a little thinner than what I've been working with so if you are trying to build up a dome, it does take multiple layers, but it cures so quickly that it's not an issue. I make resin jewelry a LOT and sell it. I've used many different types of resin, both UV and regular (wait-til-it-sets resin). This new formula is fantastic! Very low, almost none, smell. I have birds in my house, so I have to be very careful about how and where I use my resin. This is the only one that I have been able to use indoors. Although, to be cautious, I do keep my birds in a separate room, and open the windows for ventilation. In all caution, you should always wear gloves and mask when working with any resin (and I don't mean a paper mask, it should be a mask rated for gaseous material). The resin dries well under the UV, yet I can use in under normal household lights without it curing until I add the UV light (just don't use it near a window where the sunlight might indirectly affect it). It's thick enough that you can easily use it for doming, and spreads well with a little push of your tool. I've never had an issue with air bubbles in this resin. I hesitate on giving this resin such a good review, because I buy it a lot, and often. I don't want it to sell out on me!

If you're thinking about ordering the 200g let me stop you now, get the 400g! I'm just starting out and still learning I bought the J Diction brand through youtube recommendations. I don't want to get a different brand because I know this one works. I prefer this greatly to 2 part mix resins. It cures hard and the issues I've had was never with this resin (I was using a cheap lamp). Even with my mistakes I was able to go back and fix them. This sands really well, after a wet sand with 220 grit I can recoat the top and it's like I never f'd up at all. This is not a doming resin but you can if you are doing basic shapes circle/square. I'm just starting out (hench the sanding), but I love this resin and the only other one I plan to buy is the J Diction Low Viscosity for doming. I can even mix very small amounts of pigment(but enough to be effective) and it cures just fine. My personal mistakes I made with this resin. - Tried mixing in too much dark pigment. (added more resin to fix the batch I made, washed and sanded the piece I ruined to recover it) - Tried to dome complex shapes like butterflies. (This was my fault the resin poured over the sides and wasted a fair amount of product. Was able to fix the project with sanding and recoating.) I have used this with cheap micas and fluorescent micas with no issues once I got the feel for what I'm doing. When mixing in pigments I do very thin layers and I test to make sure it cures properly. You can always add more resin to thin out the amount of mica in the batch.

This is a great resin, but you want to be sure you’re not near natural sunlight because it will start to become goopy. Other than that it works perfectly. Be nice if it was a little cheaper.

I have been using this brand for over a year, and I love their high viscosity resin. The new formula resin cures beautifully and quick. The only issue I have is there are these little blue flecks in my resin, which may not be a big deal if I am loading a piece with mica powders or glitter, but it becomes a big time sink to pick them out if I am doing a clear layer. I am into my 3rd bottle of this and was hoping the first two with flecks were just some weird thing, but my 3rd bottle has them too. Its unfortunate because everything else about this formula resin is 5 stars. The last photo is the end of the bottle, which is the worst of it.

Used this resin to seal/cover acrylic paint on an epoxy resin craft. I did some notebooks for my kids. But I had to paint the eye balls. So I sealed with UV resin. Followed the included instructions, it worked great. I did 2 min UV cure, but my layer of resin was thin. It was easy to use. I guess we'll see how durable it is in the long run after I give my kids their notebooks. The resin was clear. I had some small bubbles as I tried to spread it out, but it was my first time, so maybe there's a trick I didn't know. I went to use my heat gun, but my surface was not flat, so the resin got thinner and ran to the lower parts. I have not looked too closely to see if bubbles remained after curing. They were really small to begin with. Overall I'm really happy with how it turned out. I feel the paint is more protected and won't get scratched off or dissolved/loosened if it gets wet. I will look to try out this resin for other crafts in the future. The pictures below show the eyes after the later if resin was added in top.

I bought this resin on a whim, I usually use Epoxy resin but thought i would give this a go. It arrived quickly, so i used it straight away as you do... Its great to work with, i already had a UV light so i used that to set it, It set in around 2 minutes. i put it in for 3-4 just to make sure everything was set and it came out great!. added glitter and colour- everything went great! I will 100% be buying this product again. I was apprehensive at first but i am So happy with the outcome of the product.

I was sceptical about this resin because of the low price however it's the best UV resin I have ever used. Virtually odourless exceptionally clear and thicker viscosity, the doming on my phone grips was so easy to do because it was much easier to control than a thinner resin. There were virtually no bubbles when put in to a container but when applied directly to the item for doming from the bottle there were no bubbles at all. I can't get over the price it's extremely good value for money and it will now be my go to UV resin for my projects

Sets nice and hard and you can add more colour or other elements than other resins and still have no issues with it setting but the resin is thicker so you have to be more careful to avoid bubbles. These are just the warnings to get best results though overall its a good resin and I will be buying this again

I bought this for my daughter for a gex gem maker kit she had for Christmas. The price was really reasonable so excellent value for money. It was easy for my 9 year old to use. There was no odour which was great. The gel wasn't sticky so much nicer for her to use. The bottle has the squeezy cap on so easy to pour and didn't get on her fingers
