my friends that live in southern Italy, have Barbone capsules in their office and when I saw the box in the store, it was an easy decision to purchase since it's good enough for Italians. Very good roast, Very good flavor.

This is my favorite coffee here and when in Italy. Nice foam and strong flavor but not bitter. Just delicious!

Delicious coffee. Great customer service. They went above and beyond when my order got messed up and I received the wrong coffee. The right kind came a few days later. My husband and I spent a month in Italy and the espresso from Napoli was our favorite.

Estrazione e Compatibilità: Le capsule in alluminio entrano ed escono dalla macchina Nespresso in modo fluido e perfetto. Nessuna perdita d'acqua, pressione eccellente. Resa in Tazza: La prima cosa che noti è la crema: densa, scura, persistente. Non la classica schiumetta che scompare dopo tre secondi. Il Sapore: È un caffè dal carattere forte, avvolgente, con retrogusto deciso di cacao e tostatura. Ti dà esattamente quella carica di cui hai bisogno al mattino o dopo pranzo. Inoltre, il formato con 10 astucci separati da 10 capsule è comodissimo sia per la dispensa sia da tenere vicino alla macchina da caffè senza occupare spazio. VERDETTO FINALE: ☕ Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Se ami l'espresso corto, ristretto e dal sapore deciso che ti fa sentire al bar nel centro di Napoli, questa miscela è un must-have. As an Italian, espresso is not just a drink, it’s a daily ritual, and Caffè Borbone “Mia Napoli” capsules deliver it perfectly. For many years, I used the same brand in plastic capsules, but I decided to switch because they were individually wrapped in too much plastic, and the coffee didn’t flow as smoothly as it should. Since switching to these aluminium capsules, I’ve noticed a huge improvement. There’s no more wasted water in my espresso machine, before I had to empty it after just two coffees, but now I can wait until the pod slot is full. The coffee flows perfectly every time, the texture is smooth, and the taste is excellent. I tried the tasting pack first, and Napoli quickly became my favorite because it is the strongest of the three, but all the flavors are smooth and tasty, and it’s nice to switch things up sometimes. The packaging is another big plus. It’s very compact, taking up minimal space, where I previously stored 100 capsules, I can now fit 600. Everything is organized and easy to handle. Honestly, I cannot find any real faults. Maybe the price is slightly high, but if bought on sale, it is a fantastic value. Overall, these capsules make every espresso effortless and enjoyable, they solve the problems of my previous capsules, taste amazing, and fit perfectly into a busy routine. I would highly recommend them to anyone serious about their coffee.
