Review: Great beginner sewing project for 6-year-old with minimal guidance from Nana - This was a fantastic beginner sewing project for my 6-year-old granddaughter who is nuts about capybaras. We practiced first on wooden sewing cards with shoelace strings, including tying knots. She was able to learn quickly where the needle should go next. I did pin the two pieces of felt together to help keep all of the holes aligned properly. The stickers made it easy for her to finish independently. She was so proud to have made her own capybara!
