Why does it take long for the wick to light up?

Its important that you soak the wicks in the wax you are using for your candle. Heat up wax and immerse the wicks completely until wax is soaked in wick for a clean steady burn for all your candles. I use coconut wax only, its healthier for the lungs and does not hurt air quality.

Wht diameter candle is this for?

Hi, the candle wick is 24-ply braided, can be used in 2-3" diameter candle.

Can this wick be considered eco ?

I consider it ECO friendly. Any type of cotton hemp or wooden wicks are ECO.
