How much is needed for a full-sized t-shirt quilt? It seems like only 2 15"x15" blocks can be made from this?

I made a t-shirt quilt using this product which I really like. I used 12 shirts and cut at 12 1/2 inch squares. I used 1 1/2 packages.

Would this be suitable for a zippered pouch?

I think it would be fine. It's a light weight interfacing, not too stiff, but I like it a lot and have bought a lot of it. The price is good.

Is this too late wait for a purse?

Yes, it would be OK for a change purse, but doesn`t really give a lot of body. You would need something much thicker for a purse.
