Not worth it
This isn’t “glowy” other than having bits of fine glitter in it. It’s odd packaging, but not unusable if you have a tray or other powder cap to sift some of this into before dipping in a brush. The issue for me is that I wanted a loose powder for setting makeup that wasn’t dry and cakey, preferably something with a light luminous finish. This isn’t that.
