Hi, recently got a these but even after a full charge and level four for 20 mins they are only luke warm? Am I doing something wrong? Thx

Maybe you got a set that’s not working very well I charged mine for a full 8hrs before my first use and I used them today and had them on 4 for about 10 min and they were getting to hot so I put them on two for the rest of the shift and they were warm and lasted the whole shift , if they are not getting warm enough then something is wrong, mate send them back or ask for a replacement
