I do not know what happened, but at the beginning of 2018 my cholesterol level was just over 300. I did not change my diet, didn't lose weight, nothing different except taking this product along with fish oil. My 2019 cholesterol level dropped 100 points to just over 200! This is true, I have the paperwork, but it's a mystery to me what did it. I have never heard of anyone dropping that much ever. I'm glad I did, but it's still a mystery.
