I have thick hair, and most times it's frizzy, so I bought this Iron to see if it worked any better that the 25 other different Irons I already had (had being the key word) This iron is the BEST Iron I have ever had, people say my hair looks so healthy. it's the steam and a little bit of L'anza hair oil in the iron along with the water, and you have beautiful silky hair. this iron also curls, so it's multipurpose. I have now thrown all my other Irons in the trash, and only use this one, this makes me happy, and my husband ecstatic, because I don't have all those irons laying around.

Once I understood how to work it, it was easy to use and works great. Never straightened my hair before and I love it.

The flat iron does a good job of straightening and curling, there was just a few things that I didnt like about it.)Was really looking forward to using this but am very disappointed. First of all the controls are all in black and blend in with the iron itself so it is very difficult to see what setting you have on and the location is not very accessible. The water tank is very small and doesn't hold that much water, but since I found that there is very little steam even with the setting on high I guess size doesn't really matter. For the most part I'd say this is not worth the money and would not recommend it to anybody.

The steam function leaves my hair looking supple and smooth, it seems like it straightened my hair fairly quickly too. I did half my hair with the steam straightener very quickly. Then I did the other half with my other straightener, which ended up taking longer and felt like it wasn't as effective so I had to go over areas multiple times, and it left my hair somewhat staticky as well. I would definitely recommend it and don't see myself using the other one anymore. My hair is fairly straight so you might not see the difference in the picture as much as I feel the difference when I touch my hair. Soft and silky with the steam straightener!
