This scoot is great!Pretty smooth ride given no shocks.Super easy to assemble, follow the instructions and put two screws to connect the handle bar and the scooter and you are ready to go(But you need to pay attention that there are two wires in it that need to be connected, I only found out about this by contacting the seller, by the way, they are very professional and patient). and the box included the screws and tools you will need.I thought it was expensive at first, but after using it I realized it was worth it,And compared to other scooters, this scooter is cheaper and cost-effective!you'll see it has10.5wh, or something lol, batteries compared to the 7.5s on others. I always use the moderate speed so the battery not running out fast.I use it 4 days a week round trip from my house to work place appx 5 miles everyday and sometimes I use it to buy some groceries, which is very convenient and fast. I has been using it for about 3 week no problem at all.Another thing that makes me happy is that this is a cellular tire and I don't have to inflate the tire.I think maybe this is one of the cheapest but useful scooter,I have recommended it to my neighbor who has consulted me a few times, and I am sure he will be pleasantly surprised when he receives his new scooter.

The media could not be loaded. I bought 2 of these scooters, for my 12 year old daughter and my 14 year old son. Within a week both back wheel plastic fenders broke. Attached to the rear fenders are the brake lights. Now that the fenders are broken , I had to tape the brake lights off to the sides and now the scooter's stop working completely. As soon as you turn them on, the brake lights start flashing and enables the scooters to run. Very bad manufacturing!!! Now I'm stuck with not 1 but 2 non working scooters. I bought them both on July 7th not even 5 months ago and they are both damaged. Ps. The assurion warranty is fake advertising they will give you the run around and then tell you to bring the scooter to a repair shop and pay out of pocket and then they will determine if they are going to reimburse you . I can't believe I bought two of them for my children to commute to and from school. And now they have to walk a mile there and a mile back from school. WORST BUY EVER!!!! 😡😡😡🤬

Battery won't charge, the light is green on the charging pack but there's no life in the scooter. Seller has been helpful to send a replacement but it's disappointing the first one didn't work. Fingers crossed for scooter #2.Update received the new scooter and so far so good. They were very helpful and tried to get the new scooter to me as fast as they can. Very happy about the speed I received the new scooter and minimal hassle.

Bought this item as a Christmas gift for my grandson. Decided to unpack it and put together ahead of time so it was ready to go on Christmas day. Very easy to assemble, only 4 small screws to put in. LED screen lit up when powered just fine along with headlight and taillight. Unfortunately when I pressed the throttle lever nothing happened. Contacted Amazon returns and then the company itself. They apologized and asked for video and information. Since it was less than a week till Christmas, the company offered to rush send and airplane toy to grandson while waiting to get replacement for scooter. Turns out with their instructions to me, you have to manually run 5 to 10 feet like a plain scooter and then hit the throttle for it to run. Runs great and am sure my grandson is going to be thrilled with itThis is a really great company with people that actually care about their customers and providing great service

The scooter worked great at first, but after 2 months of light use, it won’t past 5 miles/hr. We tried all trouble shooting and nothing works.Worst part, there isn’t any support and nobody in the area would fix it because there are no parts available to fix.

I was having trouble programming it to my iPhone and tried my sisters Android and nothing. So I rode it to work only as "on" mode. Couldn't use the headlights; back light; gears; etc. I could only go 10mph. I could have probably walked faster.. I used my bikes lights and am glad my helmet has a triangle light on the back. So two days of trying; I finally got it. Took a short ride and it felt better......awesome!!! I just haven't really used it. But I will tomorrow and I can't wait to get and feel the experience. And yes I followed the instructions; it was more connecting to bluetooth/internet. Just wish there was an option as to whether or not, you want to have it programmed to the phone or just use it manually. I'm not one of those attached to my phone. I leave it at home sometimes on purpose cause I don't want to deal with some calls. Especially if I have appointments!!! Thank you!!

Brought this in February 2023. It’s May 2023. The person we gifted this too states it no longer works. I am going to pick it up and test it for myself. This item to date is no good. Read other reviews. So going down the check list of what other consumers wrote. Well tell you how it goes.

This was a waste of my money. The scooter only operated for three months. It stop working and could not get fix. I called around to moped business to see if they repair electric scooters and the answer were no. I even replace the battery and it still did not work so I trash it. I will never buy another electric scooter online. I just lost $300 for nothing.
