I was looking forward to replacing my regular box grater, which I gave to a family member who was starting up her own kitchen, so i ordered this. I thought that having a six-sided grater would not only be convenient but also it would replace a couple of other small hand-held graters in my collection of kitchen gadgets. I'm glad I saved my older ones. This grater is sharp, seemingly on all six sides, but the metal construction is very flimsy. The body of the grater has quite a bit of "give" to it, and it flexes as carrots, beets, or firmer vegetables are processed on the surfaces.The non-slip rubber or silicone strip at the bottom is relatively useless, and it started coming off, so I took it off completely, as leaving it on could be a perfect area for minute accumulations of bits of vegetables and could be a potential area for breeding bacteria (vegetables are just as, if not more susceptible to things like salmonella and botulinum, than meat).Hand washing is recommended, and because of the curled metal at the bottom, I always wash my graters down with a 10-percent bleach solution (1 part bleach to nine parts water), then wash in hot soapy water and air dry. I would not recommend this product due to its flimsy construction.

I needed a grinder that could grind things more finely than the old flat plastic grinder I bought years ago. I looked at the options on Amazon and this one seemed to be the best option of those I reviewed. The product arrived on time and performed the task I bought it for. It’s a little light weight, so you need to keep a good grip on it or it moves around a little bit, even with the rubber base it has. All in all I would recommend it. I have only used one side of the six so far but can see how I can use the other five as well.

I love my new grater. I grated my Guyere cheese in half the time of my very old grater. My Cuisinart blade had broken from grating hard cheese for making a souffle so very happy ton have found this well made grater.I liked my grater from Razator so much I bought a second one for my cabin.

The metal is of substantial grade. The grater holes are sharp. The unit stays put because of the rubber on the bottom. The rubber hasn’t broken off, and this item has survived the dishwasher without rusting. I like that it is an all in one grating tool. It is perfect for my needs.

Sturdy enough for hard parmesan. I wish the handle was a little chunkier and wider. I removed the rubber base for ease of cleaning. I’d buy again.

So far so good, we will have to see how long it lasts.

This grater is high-quality and appears to be built to last. Love the 6 sides so I don’t have to have 2 or 3 graters in the kitchen! This one is doing a great job!

So far so good. I've used a couple of times and have no complaints. So far I've used it to shred potatoes and cheese. Easy to use and easy to clean.
