I originally started my journey back to health with Ancestral Supplements Beef Liver with such amazing results, I remember impatiently waiting for each of their new products to come available. The Beef Heart is one of the next products I tried when it came available and my body responded just as happily and with incredible results as with the Beef Liver. I have been taking Ancestral Supplements for over a year and I feel like I am at least 10 years younger, I’m 43 yrs old, with great energy and also a healthy glow in my skin, hair, and eyes. The following is my review for the Liver posted over a year ago, on March 2, 2017…I hope my testimony can help at least one other person but truly hope it can help as many people as possible because I remember feeling hopeless in finding health again not so long ago, in retrospect: “I purchased this grassfed beef liver because I have been suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome and also adrenal insufficiency, and tissue thyroid resistance. I have been purchasing several high dollar supplements every month for over a year with a very slow and challenging recovery. I read that beef liver, specifically from grassfed beef, is one of the most nutrient dense foods to eat. Well, I didn't have the nerve to cook up a beef liver and thought I would look into a supplement form. I referred to this product's website after finding it here on Amazon and I also talked directly with the owner regarding some questions I had. Brian, the owner of this company, was so helpful and he answered all of my questions in a way that I felt very confident in making the purchase. I take the recommended dose of 6 capsules every day. I split them up throughout the day but you can take them all at once if you wanted to....and, you can easily take these on an empty stomach with absolutely no issues....which is a blessing for me! After a couple days of taking this I noticed a huge improvement in my overall wellbeing and after a week of taking it I had more energy than I can remember in at least a couple of years. Everyone around me is commenting on how well I look and they have noticed that I'm pretty near my old energetic self again. This beef liver is very easy to take! I can not detect any smell that would be unpleasant at all...which I was a little worried about after reading about eating beef liver. There is zero after taste, etc. The nutrients you get from this liver are highly bio-available and your body know what to do with them and will absorb them so easily since they are not chemically isolated or man-made nutrients. This is how nature intended for your body to get it's nutrients! Directly from the sources in nature. If you are living a paleo lifestyle....these will be perfect for you since they are from such a clean source. I have been on the Beef Lung for 1 yr. and 9 months now. Additionally, I have been on the Bone Marrow and Beef Liver for almost 2 1/2 years now and I started the Beef Heart 4 months ago. Bone Marrow, in particular, has totally transformed my life. I wrote a review, probably a year or so ago, sharing the amazing results that I had already experienced from the Bone Marrow. The results have continued to be even more dramatic. I started the Bone Marrow Supplement after I had suffered a spinal bone compression fracture that was very painful. Also, since those 2 supplements were working so well for me, I decided to add the Lung supplement to my regime as I have had asthma since I was a child and now have mild COPD as my mother was a hard core smoker as I was growing up. I have now been on that product for 1 year and 9 months now. When I saw my pulmonologist for my yearly visit last Fall, for the first time my pulmonary function was actually improved. Not dramatically, but definitely improved and that alone is amazing as it had only been going down previously. So I am hopeful that progress will continue as I continue on the supplements. So, since those products were definitely working, I added the Heart supplement about 4 months ago. I have Atrial Fibrillation and Atrial Flutter for which I am on medications. I am hoping at some point in the future this supplement will make a difference with this condition and I can either decrease or get off of my meds. The last thing I would add is that my overall vitality has increased dramatically over the past 2 years. I have more stamina and energy than I have had since my daughter was born 30 years ago. I had her when I was 42 and it definitely affected my energy and overall well being . I think perhaps that was because of my age and what I think it took out of me to create her. I stumbled upon this supplement when a person asked about it on a Facebook page that I'm a part of. I was really intrigued because I know how crucial it is to include all parts of the animal regularly in our diets, not just limiting ourselves to the muscle meat. After looking into Ancestral Supplements' website, I was very satisfied with the sourcing, quality, and general ideology that the company upholds. It generally paralleled my own lifestyle. Our ancestors ate all of the organs: brains, liver, heart, spleen, kidney, etc. We're the only animal that defaults to just eating muscle meat and ignores the organs (most people at least) and even the bones. When I feed my cat, she will almost always go for the liver or heart first, followed by whichever other one is left, and even the other giblets before going to the muscle meat. Other animals show the same behaviors and choices when eating. "Like supports like" -- The idea of eating the organ of a healthy animal would help the corresponding organ in your own body. I believe that there's truth behind the old saying. Heart is one of the best sources of CoQ10! That's something that many people don't get enough of. It also offers collagen and elastin, as well as B12. I've also worried that my heart may be a bit weaker due to an irregular heartbeat and chronic arrhythmia when eating sugar, so I chose to include this supplement for heart support. The extra CoQ10 was also just hard to pass up on. So how have the supplements been holding up? Well, by Day 2, I noticed my chronic brain fog already clearing up. Supplements being taken (per day): Prostate - 3, Marrow - 5, Heart - 3, BTC - 3, Collagen - 3, Thymus - 3, Intestines/Tripe - 4, Organs - 3. Added review across all products since they are working in synergy. Since I started off very slow with bone marrow first - 1 per day (then added Prostate, then Tripe, then Thymus, then Heart, then Trachea and Collagen I didn't experience any severe reactions except that I had a little breakout on the sides of my forehead and on some parts of the scalp. Beyond that, the first improvement was in my sleep. I was able to sleep much deeper. My urination volume has increased significantly (probably due to the prostate). My hair started slowly thickening and my previously thin spots are now filling in. I was having the occasional twinge in my heart and it scared me. So I added the AS Heart and within a week, it went away and hasn't been back since. I am taking Thymus for my immunity. The Trachea and Collagen have helped my hair texture and it's definitely softer now. My muscular endurance has improved and I am doing better at the gym. Also, I have an increased deep feeling of calmness and spiritual energy that is something new for me. I am very pleased. So far, these are the benefits I've observed. About 3 months ago, I started having heart palpitations and light headedness that quickly become a daily occurrence and too intense to ignore. I went to see an all natural health consultant who used a heart sound recorder to record low frequency sounds of the motion of my heart valves. It turned out that on one of my valves, instead of having the normal 2 beats (big one, then little one), was only showing one big beat, with the second smaller beat not appearing at all. This showed that that one valve was struggling in some way to pump blood efficiently and consistently. She prescribed a Cataplex B supplement, but I kept the dosage low when the recommended amount seemed to make my symptoms worse, not better. A followup appointment 3 weeks later showed that while my heart beats were becoming more evenly spaced due to the Cataplex B, I had actually dropped a second beat on another valve! This really worried me, and it worried her too, to the point where she recommended I go see her mentor who had a lot more experience. Around the time of the followup appointment my wife had found Ancestral supplements online and bought the Kidney and Liver. I began working up to a therapeutic dose of each while simultaneously deciding to pursue some more serious medical tests, so I scheduled an echocardiogram, as well as an MRI of my brain (to make sure the light-headedness wasn't something really bad like a brain tumor). I got results back from both 2 weeks ago. Both the echocardiogram AND the MRI of my brain showed that I had both a perfectly healthy heart and brain. While this was a relief it was also frustrating because I still felt some of the symptoms. Through these medical tests I continued taking the Liver and Kidneys from Ancestral Supplements. A week or so in I added Bone Marrow and Heart as well, and began to notice that I felt stronger after taking the supplements, and my heart palpitations often went away entirely for an hour or two. Last week I went to see the mentor of my health consultant for the first time, and to do another heart sound recording to see if I was still on the decline. He hooked me up to the heart sound recorder and lo and behold found that my heart beat looked almost perfect, with the second beats on ALL valves showing up strongly and consistently! Given the fact that I had dropped the Cataplex B supplement down to only 1-2 per day, and the only other thing that I'd taken consistently were the beef liver, kidney, heart and bone marrow supplements, I can only believe that it was Ancestral Supplements that have gotten my heart back to full health. It was a huge relief to see those heart sound recorder waveforms looking basically textbook perfect today. My light-headedness hasn't completely gone away, and I'm still having trouble sleeping, etc., but I'm super encouraged that the most worrisome things are greatly improved, and I plan to continue taking these supplements and completely expect to see continued improvements.

I am already feeling nourished with these products. The effects were not sudden nor immediate. But I'm pregnant and it is not easy for me, so I doubt I'm going to start doing cross fit 24/7 because my energy is so thru the roof because of the capsules. Because I wanted to get in all them for pregnancy, I did slowly introduce but in quick succession, so I'm not exactly sure what is benefitting what. Or maybe they all work together. I have cross posted on the other supplement links in case no one sees this review here on this one product. The gallbladder one definitely has reduced my pregnancy sludgy gallbladder acting up by about 90-95 percent. I take one in the middle of each meal. I don't have to restrict fats. Though I find eggs plus say raw milk together still gives me the runs. Before I couldn't handle anything more and more, I was getting diarrhea on and off so regularly I was getting worried. I'm massive grateful about this. I don't even take the full serving amount per day, just 1 capsule in the middle of each meal I eat. The winded, collapsed, breathless and weak sensations have reduced drastically. I'm take blood vitality, liver and heart. What's strange is I hate organ meats (as part of a meal) and after taking them a few weeks, I suddenly started randomly craving liverwurst (which i havent eaten since I was a kid) and pemmican! That's kind of random. I don't know if connected but I can taste my food better recently and some tastes more accurately after nearly a year of parosmia following covid. It still has a long way to go, though. Rome wasn't built in a day. Lastly, I ran out of blood vitality and liver for a couple days and could feel it! I'm not sure exactly what was wrong, but I just was not quite right. Oh, I forgot to mention I have had keratosis Pilaris all my life and it has gotten soooo bad in recent years. It has just about completely disappeared and my skin in soft and glassy. (This is despite high dose Omega 3 supps and fish oils for years which did nothing for it.) Thanks to the customer service for reaching back out to me out of the blue to find out how these supps were working for me and what I needed. They even offered me an extra bottle of Blood Vitality and encouraged me to share the word of my improvements on the product links. I found the product reviews super helpful as I lay on the couch trying to make decisions what to buy, feeling awful. AS helped me initially target which products to get for the issues I was having (Primarily I had become intolerant during pregnancy to my methylated multivitamin and b vitamins and had tremendous aversions to it. I was starting to puke just the vitamins up alone hours later. Like my body kept the foods and got rid of the vitamin. I decided to switch over to a whole foods nourishment and double checked with a naturopath to be certain. I'm sticking to about 10k iu vitamin a limit because I'm pregnant and AS helped me figure out that I could take liver, blood vitality and the heart and be just under the wire.) The ones AS recommended were: Gallbladder (bc I was having problems and the naturopath suggested some sort of ox bile as support) Tallow Bone Marrow Living Bone (this is like a calcium supplement replacement - needed when pg to grow baby bones and not suck the calcium from you and your teeth) Heart (I'm taking this for extra b vitamins because I'm pregnant and also because I struggle with mitochondria support so apparently this helps) Blood Vitality (because I had symptoms of slightly low iron - I'm getting conflicting messages from two different drs, one says woah your iron is so low and the obgyn NP who wouldn't send me for more iron bloodwork because yours is in range for pregnant women and pregnant women run low???) Liver Fish Eggs Unfortunately it is really expensive, but I had to do something. I wish there was a cheaper alternative where people can save a few dollars getting a non encapsulated version of the same thing with an appropriate serving scoop and just mix it into applesauce, chug it or yogurt or something. I find it quite challenging to take like 500 capsules a day - I do, but I wish I could get it over with in one big mouthful, sometimes the capsules get stuck because there are so many and you have to eat something more to push them down. My kids said if I ever become a saint, my statue should have me holding a capsule in one hand. I try to keep my bone marrow and living bone more separate from the liver, heart, blood vitality in case it interacts with iron absorption. I still take a methylated folate capsule due to pregnancy, a little extra zinc (which had been in my original vitamin), occasional vitamin d (because I have good levels already), magnesium, vitamin c, and a digestive enzyme just with dinner.

UPDATE 4/28/20: The running joke in our house is “he’s back!!”. Milo is much more his usual nutty self!! He’s more alert, energetic and ready to play any time, especially with his favorite ball. The vet told us we have to keep him calm and not let his heart rate go up too much…the circulatory and respiratory systems as you know are closed systems, so when there’s heart worm die off there’s nowhere for them to go. They float in the blood until the body breaks them down and absorbs them. The forcefulness of the blood pumping through veins/arteries can cause a pile up or clot in a lung branch, artery or vein and the dog can go into respiratory distress or even have a heart attack. All that to say that we have modified the way we play with him and monitor his excitement level, but we have a peace about allowing a certain level of play because we know he’s strong and healthy. Even more so now that he’s been on the bovine heart and lung for several weeks! We go back to vet in mid-May for what’s supposed to be his 1st melarsomine shot. We’re going to have them do another blood test prior to see if he’s still testing positive. We’re praying the test will come back negative and the shot won’t be necessary. Using for my dog who was diagnosed with having heart worms. It's providing support to his heart as we work with the vet to eradicate these worms! I believe in the whole principle of like supporting like. I noticed a difference shortly after we started giving it to him. He is like his old self, playful, alert and full of energy!! Great product!!

Just a back story- my boxer collapsed one day when she was just one years old. We found out she was born with a pretty severe heart condition her cardiologist had never seen before & they were surprised she was even alive. (Tricuspid valve dysplasia, Severe valvular pulmonic stenosis, Scant pericardial effusion: right sided congestive heart failure, Rare ventricular arrhythmia, Atrial arrhythmia) She had surgery to fix one of her valves but she was still in heart failure. Since starting on the ancestral journey less than a month ago I've noticed some awesome affects; Fat is beginning to melt away - even the old bad fat on the belly and chest I was never able to shift! Eyelashes and eyebrows have started growing again (lost these following radiotherapy over a decade ago), muscles have grown a little bit but the muscle I do have feels better and stronger, my skin feels more alive and silky smooth - all in less than a month!! I'm sure there will be lots more healing going on inside my body and I'm looking forward to getting back to my best and making the most of life! My cousin came for a visit a few weeks ago looking tired and worn out from work and other stresses, like he had the weight of the world on his shoulders. I sent him the liver + bone and marrow soon after. He came to see me a few days ago and was looking more like his old self - better colour, strong, positive and vital. What a difference! I can see there’s a lot of suspect reviews on here that could possibly be paid reviews, so I’ll give my own review as someone who has watched Liver King time to time on TikTok Started taking these as I thought why not give it a go as I’ve tried many other supplements over time so it’s not like I’m scared to try another brand and something new as these are beef organs not your usual supplements and it was more of a laugh too as why not it’s liver king look how shredded he is lol But yeah after 2/3 days of taking them I noticed I was a lot more energetic from waking (I struggle to get up sometimes) and gym has been a blast with this extra energy plus my physical job working nights after gym, yes they definitely are expensive no doubts about it but I think I’m gonna carry on using these as they’re actually pretty good, take this next bit with a pinch of salt if you want as like I said reviews aren’t honest anymore from some people but from me this is honest and the thing I’m pleased about most: I seem to be losing a fair bit of weight and at a good rate too. my weight has been difficult to manage unfortunately for many years so this has really perked me up in the last couple weeks, hope this review helps anyone deciding to purchase, if you research into beef liver and heart there are really a ton of benefits so I’d like to say what I’m experiencing makes a bit of sense?

I purchased the heart and lung supplement to help my circulation as I'm in the early stage of phlebitis. I work 12hour shifts as a care assistant, always on my feet and I'm so happy to say that i don't feel my legs so ackey and heavy anymore. I can also breath so much better. This is amazing!
