Really small but effective.
This little tooth pick is great. It's the smallest in the market (about 2.5cm) and great to have on your key chain.

Stunningly overpriced and very sharp
I’m not sure what I expected that could have lived up to the price, but this wasn’t it. Neat and in nice packaging, but there’s a clear flaw in that whatever you attach it to has to be lifted to your mouth unless you detach the pick. I’ve attached to my key ring (the only thing small enough) but I’m not keen on holding the keys in my hand while I manoeuvre the pick. I should have bought something with toothpicks inside. Nope, I should have been sensible and realised a recyclable wooden pick was all that’s ever needed.

Not good on a key-ring.
You will lose the 'pick' part if you keep it on a key-ring. The threads are too loose and the treads will undo on their own without you knowing. It removes the whole point of having the key-ring attachment hoop. If the threads would lock closed, it would be alright, but as it is, I wouldn't recommend.

Not great materials used titanium must be low grade I bent the tip pretty much instantly without much force. A design flaw, you can’t use standard keyrings the hole is super small. cant find any keyrings to fit. Apart from the obvious very expensive.

The humble toothpick, elevated.
The world still has problems, so why does a titanium toothpick even exist? Answer: because it's good to have a clean mouth and it's good to be rid of a nagging irritation. Toothpicks serve a worthy purpose; they're only humble because we make them crude and disposable. They're a bulk item, so you either have far more than you need, or you have none. This toothpick turns these things around. It's both beautiful and functional. The tip is just the right size and shape. It's effortless to keep clean. And having a toothpick when you need one is not down to random luck. Here's an example of the pleasing design: when you grip the end to rotate it, a pair of curves sculpted out of the body fit your thumb and finger tips perfectly. It's just... right. It's also only possible because the attachment hole is large enough NOT to need a small additional split ring, which would have annoyed me forever if it had been there. Honestly I never imagined myself buying a titanium toothpick. It would be easy to dismiss the idea. But it's always there when I want it. It's clean. It's pleasing. It's actually, seriously, a good thing.

Compact, durable and nice and pointy!
Crazy money for a toothpick, but I like my purchase. The fit and finish is good quality and it does what it's supposed to. To those who complained in the reviews about how sharp it is; it's a metal toothpick, what did you expect? I would recommend this product.
