Quavikey® LED Bathroom Cabinet with Lights and Shaver Socket 2 Doors Grey LED Medicine Cabinet Wall Mounted with Shelf and Demister 650 x 600mm

I bought this item in Oct 2018. It was easy to install and worked well. The dimmer worked by touching the blue light to either increase or decrease luminosity. The cabinet is sturdy, good quality and has held up well. My gripe is the light itself. It has stopped working completely. I was advised to contact the manufacturer for a replacement door. After some email back and forth they have said that they cannot replace the door as their factory has changed moulds and they can't supply a new one. The only alternative is to buy a new cabinet at £180. A great business model for the company, but a lot of money to replace an LED. Be warnedUpdate The Quavikey customer service department have really impressed me this week. I have been contacted after they told me they couldnt find the right mold for the door, to say they have found one and will ship for £75. Pricey, but far more reasonable than £180 for a new cabinet. Brilliant after sales service

Bought this as we wanted a smart looking bathroom mirror where we could actually see ourselves after a shower! Also for my partner to be able to shave.It's a fantastic product, and just what we needed.We had just moved house and didn't get round to hanging it until 6 months later. Once I opened it I realised the right panel was missing which was disappointing, and the only reason this has 4 stars. Also because I was concerned it had been so long since I ordered it, whether we would be able to source the missing piece.Quavikey were extremely sympathetic to our situation and kindly sorted getting the panel over to us ASAP. Their customer support team were great and quick to respond and check in to let me know if has been dispatched and to see that I received it ok.I definately recommend this product, and also have a great impression from the company who did everything to make sure I got what I needed.

Adjustable and stylish, this bathroom cabinet mirror really stands out and the inclusion of a light strip is very useful.The concealed demister works great and the mirror itself feels very sturdy. The shelf panels can be easily moved if you need extra height on a specific shelf for tall bottles, etc.

Very happy with my purchase. Mirror is lovely and perfect size. Light isn't very bright but overall I would definitely recommend it!

My electrician fitted it, there is a top bracket, but no bottom bracket to stop it coming away from the wall, not really happy about this

I bought two of these; one for me and one for my husband - I'm tidy and he's not lol - great item, clear mirrors, would buy again

Useless illumination the light is a waste of time. The light switch on the front of the mirror changes colour from white to blue to let you know it’s on which is very handy. lol. Also the switch inside the cabinet to turn on the demist has been fitted the wrong way round. So off is on and on is off. Also The doors are not reversible. It would be good to be able to remove the doors during installation but this is impossible as you won’t be able to get the screws back in. I took one out and a nut fell down inside the frame.
