Box damaged, stuck in one position
I received it with box damaged and looked been returned many time to seller, I didn’t care about that, but when I opened it, it won’t move ,won’t rotate and it won’t recline. I followed the video, I emailed the manufacturer, no reply at all. I had to return it. Plus I founded a lot cheaper here in Amazon different color, when I want to order it ,it won’t go through to buy it, I chatted with Amazon representative and she informed me that there a technical issue. So no help on their side. Also same issue on other items I wanted to order, it seems this happen only when I find cheaper price for the exact item I want to order. This is doesn’t happen in the US Amazon. I guess they are heading of loosing customers.
