Sterling Silver Diamond-Accented Heart Locket Necklace, 18"

The actual locket is smaller than a quarter and it's a very simple and elegant design.I found it very difficult to find a picture to fit in it.I ended up going to CVS pharmacy and they helped me. I had many photos saved into in my SD card and used the machine they had. i selected a collage with 1 inch pictures and selected a few and zoomed out all the way. I printed it out and I went home and used paper to draw an imprint of the inside of the locket. I than cut out the heart outline and put it over the picture. I used an exacto knife to cut the picture and carefully put the picture into the locket and used super glue to keep it inside.Overall I do really like the locket but the process to put the picture in is difficult and tedious.My girlfriend really loved the locket. the chain is small but good enough to not get in the way of anything.

A little small, but for the price it's about what you'd expect. How the heck are you supposed to get pictures in there?!

The price on the necklace was very good. I do wish they would make it a little clearer on the page for it that the diamond isn't real. But I guess you should be able to tell that from the price. The box the necklace was in was a little damaged which probably happened in shipping. I bought it as a Christmas present so I will have to see what she thinks.

The locket is a present for my 10 year old granddaughter. It is very pretty and she loved it. She loves the "diamond". It was nice getting the chain included. The presentation was lovely making the gift more special. We will have a little trouble finding pictures small enough to put into the locket.

Not as big as I expected but I guess I didn't really read the specs. Overall, they liked them. OKAY

My husband bought me this necklace for Christmas, I don't normally wear jewelry except for our wedding ring but I definately like this necklace. It is small, not heavy at all, and very pretty, also I havn't had any problem with it pulling my hair, some chains seem to do that. I plan on putting a picture of our baby girl in it whenever she arrives which could be any day now. Overall I really like it, it's a sweet gift and it is real, because I'm not a big jewelry fanatic if it's not real I really don't care to wear it at all. I love seeing it on me in the mirror, it reminds me of how sweet my husband is. <3

The webpage clearly states this locket is 1" in height when in actuality it is only 5/8". It's not even 1" if you include the length of the clasp that attaches it to the chain. It also claims the locket is .75" wide when it is really only 9/16" wide, barely over 1/2'. The chain I received is also not as nice as the one in the photo. Since a few other folks have stated their locket was smaller than advertised, it makes me wonder if Amazon has 2 of these products and ships the smaller one periodically. I'm returning mine immediately. I had intended to give it to my 11 y.o. daughter this Fri. for a very special occasion but now I'm out of a locket with no more time to buy another one. I'm very disappointed!

I purchased this locket for an 11 yr. old girl. She put it on Christmas morning and of this writing, hasn't taken it off yet.The locket is dainty, sparkling, and just the right size for a young girl.I was also very pleased with the little velvet draw-string pouch to keep the locket in. Of course, it may never be used again (since she refuses to take if off) but the locket was in the pouch when she opened it. The velvet pouch was a classy touch.Amazon is my favorite place to shop.
