We got this scooter for my daughter for Christmas 2022. It was a fantastic deal and she immediately loved it! Last summer, this was her favorite mode of transportation and all the kids in the neighborhood wanted turns on it. My daughter is 6 and she can handle all the speeds and feels safe and in control on it. It’s also really fun as an adult, too!! This winter, despite bringing the scooter into the basement to keep climate controlled, the battery went out on us. It wouldn’t charge. Wanting to get the same battery for the product, I reached out to Evercross. They were quick with their response and very helpful! I have been very satisfied with their help and we are on our way to getting my daughter back on her favorite scooter! 5 stars!

UPDATED REVIEW: I reached out to customer service regarding the issues I was having with my original scooter. They were great to work with and very helpful. They immediately sent my a replacement that came within 2 days and I sent the original one back at their cost. They also refunded me $30 for the inconvenience. The replacement scooter has worked great with no issues! My son is loving it and he loves the three different speeds it offers along with the cool light features! Stop working after 2 uses! My son was so excited to get this scooter! He only used it twice and the 3rd time the scooter wouldn’t go above 3mph (it was fully charged) and then the display that shows the mph went all wack (picture attached). I do not recommend this product for how expensive it is and for it not to even last 3 uses!!!!!

I really wanted to like this scooter, and it probably would be great NEW, but I purchased two of these scooters for my kids, one blue and one pink. The pink one is fine, new, no problems, The blue one was definitely used, there were clear touch up paint marks on wearing adjuster bolts and the charger was something I have only seen come with old cell phones. Keep in Mind, I have 4 total Evercross scooters and all came with legit chargers, except for this blue kids scooter. I contacted the company via email after my first family ride. The blue scooter ran out of battery halfway through a cruise on concrete, not harsh terrain or steep hills, but flat road. I messaged the company and they did respond back, asking questions about my order number and ride details. I never heard from them again! They will not return my emails to this topic. I would settle for a new battery and charger, I'll install it myself, I just want my son to be able to ride his scooter with the rest of the family. I paid for a new scooter, I should not receive an at best used scooter, at worse, a used damaged scooter they just repackaged and shipped out.

Very nice looking scooter, lights are a great feature. Very easy to assemble, the *only* thing that had to be done was to twist the handles in (pictured). Kids are having fun with it. It's not so fast that I would worry about them, but still have them wear a helmet. I tried it (170 lbs) and had to help it up the hill...it's only rated for 120 lbs though, so not for bigger teenagers. I like that it has a foot brake in addition to electric brake on the handlebars.

So this scooter total 5 stars! However after not even 5 months something happened to were my scooter won’t turn on. I emailed (the only form of communicating with customer service) the company, asking about what to do with my scooter since it cost so much and it’s not even six months old. They requested a video I sent a video of the scooter. It charges, but will not turn on. They send me a replacement part, I do the replacement part as instructed and still nothing happened. This was more than two months ago and now they are ignoring my emails and not responding at all; even though I have sent three follow up emails. The scooter was well taken care of. It was stored in the garage when not in use. There’s no reason after such a short period of time that it should have stopped working highly disappointed in the customer service. It is under warranty, so technically it should be replaced, but now they are just completely ignoring me. Update** was sent an email after posting this review and was promptly given a new scooter. It was delivered in less than a weeks time from the initial email. With that being said. I had to go to drastic measures and post a bad review on a good quality scooter because customer service was awful. Happy it worked but disappointed I had to go to this length to finally get a response. The scooter is well built, heavy, easy to operate, and goes fast as well as runs for a long time. It’s great.

A mis hijas les ha encantado , es perfecto a partir de los 6 años hasta más o menos 12 años, muy llamativo con muchísimas luces, lo que sí hemos echado de menos que tuviera una luz delantera y otra trasera, tiene una velocidad adecuada progresiva y alcanza hasta 15km/h. Es fácil de montar ya que solo viene plegado y hay que enroscar los puños del manillar, fácil de transportar y usar.El tiempo de uso viene a ser de una a dos horas, dependiendo del modo de conducción. Un aspecto muy positivo es el sistema de arranque, que requiere alcanzar los 5 km/h empujando antes de que se active el motor, lo que evita arranques accidentales y que se escape el patinete si no lo tienen bien agarrado, algo que no es del todo extraño sobre todo cuando lo han usado poco tiempo.Cumple con su función de proporcionar una opción de movilidad divertida y práctica para los niños.Además, el diseño plegable es un gran plus, ya que facilita su almacenamiento y transporte. En cuanto a la pantalla LED, proporciona información clara sobre la velocidad y la batería, lo cual es útil para mantener el control del patinete.Mas adelante volvere para actualizar sobre nuestra experiencia con el patinete .

My son loves it. So far it is sturdy, battery last long, easy to charge. Great product I want to ride it but won't handle my weight (95kg)

Packaged very well. Speed control is good, charged it over night. Son used it for a few hours, still showing half battery. Build quality excellent, easy to fold and store away, tooks seconds to build (had too as my son was too excited) Nice features, nice little stand for when my sons on a break. Overall very happy with scooter, wasn't except it to be this much fun. PS it holds adults lol

J’ai acheté cette trottinette électrique pour mon fils de 7 ans et ma fille de 13 ans et je suis vraiment très satisfait ! Dès le premier jour, ils ont adoré l’utiliser. La prise en main est super facile, même pour un jeune enfant, et la vitesse est bien adaptée pour rester sûre avec les trois mode de vitesse, tout en procurant du plaisir et des sensations. Le design est moderne et elle est très solide, les matériaux semblent de bonne qualité, et la batterie tient vraiment bien la charge. Ce que j’apprécie le plus, c’est qu’elle combine amusement et sécurité. Les freins répondent rapidement, les poignées sont confortables, et la stabilité est excellente. Je suis rassuré. Elle se plie facilement, ce qui permet de la ranger sans prendre trop de place, ou de l’emmener partout. C’est aussi une belle façon pour que les enfants jouent dehors plutôt que de rester devant leurs écrans. En plus, comme elle est électrique, elle ne fait pas de bruit, ce qui est un vrai plus. En résumé je recommande complètement cette trottinette, elle est fiable, amusante et pratique. On a déjà fait plusieurs sorties et ça fait vraiment son effet. Ils en redemandent tous les jours depuis bientôt dix jours. Va falloir en acheter une deuxième et du coup prendre la même. Mes enfants l’adore, et je la recommande sans hésiter à tous les parents.

Super contenta di questo monopattino, l’ho comprato principalmente per mio figlio di 7 anni, ma anche mio figlio di 11 anni lo sta utilizzando, in quanto ci sono varie velocità, display touch dove si può impostare la velocità rapidamente e si vede anche il livello della batteria e per accenderlo o spegnerlo. Sistema di luci colorate a Led se si è al buio, se si vuole fermarsi c’è anche il cavalletto laterale, si può regolare l’altezza, freno elettronico e si ricarica velocemente in una presa di casa Si può trasportare senza difficoltà in auto o sui mezzi in quanto si piega velocemente e non è molto pesante Davvero bello i miei bimbi sono strafelici e quindi lo sono anch’io Consigliatissimo
