I use the magnesium to support a restful night’s sleep. This supports my sleeping- is value for money and delivered in a timely fashion.

This is the first time trying these, which I did for review. I have conditions which causes me a lot of tension and pains; I found these capsules helpful to reduce muscle cramping. I've only been taking these for a short few weeks so far, after taking them for about a week, I had a flare up and felt a cramp forming in my calf, for the first time ever it never actually cramped up completely and the tension that I felt was forming had released, preventing the cramp from fully developing. To me that's a good result. I suffer with a bit of anxiety too because of these conditions, I've noticed that they've helped to calm me a bit during the day; during stressful situations, but not enough to help reduce it greatly and to help me sleep any better. I still have some capsules to finish and maybe I'll need some more to benefit more greatly from them. They're arrived in a sealed container and are a small enough size that I find them easy to swallow. It states on the bottle to take 2 capsules a day with a meal. I chose to take a tablet at the start of the day with my breakfast and one in the evening with my dinner which has suits me. I really like that they have a long life span being as the best before date isn't until 2024.

So good for sleep! I have an amazing, restful and undisturbed sleep when I take this! Cannot live without magnesium now

Make sure you read carefully as I thought it was 250mg per capsule, therefore a 120 day supply - it's actually 2 capsules for one serving so only 60 days worth. It does say on the label so maybe it's my mistake but I think the Amazon listing is misleading. Otherwise they're fine, easy to swallow.
