I do love that it’s customized! But it is a thin onesie and the buttons sometimes don’t clip… I did reach out to them and they were quick to respond and replace me a new one! For that I’m rating 4/5

WAS NOT HAPPY at first. Tried to contact seller and no response. The shirts (while they are cute) have a STAIN on them where they put the customized information. It would be embarrassing to give them as gifts. UPDATE - the owner replaced the shirts and I received them today. Thanks for standing behind your product!
