The trick in cooking this pasta is keep an eye on it and do not over cook it.
It’s a bit pricey, i was surprised by the amount I bought in relation to price. It s not the same as ordinary wheat pasta you will notice difference ,however if cooked properly (def don’t overcook it keep trying it as it cooks to get the timing right)it’s tasty and wow just look at the protein content. The spiral pasta I bought was smaller than regular pasta spirals but when cooked i hardy noticed the differences. Will I continue to buy it ? If the goal is to lose weight get fitter and reduce bloat I will be buying it but for me only…. conclusion worth a try
